I travel from Chester County to go and get incredibly delicious authentic food. The staff has always treated me like family. I lived up the street on Hearts Lane and moved 6 years ago and I can't find a place like this Market. The Liciousos rolls are definitely delicious & South Philly style. They have the best bakery in town. They definitely make you feel the love.

I have just moved to the area and gave this place a try. It seemed ok and the prepared foods looks good. I picked out some cookies and was surprised at the price (very Expensive) I then proceeded to the deli. I was helped by an unpleasant man. He not only was rude but gave me the wrong weight and the worst piece of fish from the end. I couldn't believe the rudeness and for that I will NEVER go back. If you like expensive food with a major attitude this is the place.

I ordered home style turkey breast 2x’s in a row, I had the same deli girl, probably 30ish with an accent. She gave me home made the first time at 14.99 a pound, the second time she did the same thing. The prices on the wall say 9.99, another woman behind the counter said, we’ll we haven’t changed these prices in awhile, but they went up! What is that? I have been shopping there for 35plus years, what is the deal?Bait and switch, or incompetent worker?

Recently placed a catering order and the market team did an outstanding job with all the prepared foods. Over the top portions and easy reheat instructions. Would highly recommend for any gathering or party.

Great deli, great beer & ale, sweet stuffs, better than many with seafood. In & Out. I've been 3x so far. Only probs are it is heavy on expensive,. ..plus NO food stamps . I don't use them, but All good stores should. It's a question of neighborhood wellness, IMO.

The market would have been a decent grocery store but this morning while shopping I noticed the woman ahead of me went to pay with food stamps and they told her they didn’t accept them. I can’t shop at a grocery store that doesn’t serve community members who are low income. My family and I will no longer be shopping here. Its a bummer, we spend money here. Hope their management reads this and reconsiders their decision.
