The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with the problems I was experiencing with my phone. Also helped me get back to a Verizon account when I tried switching to Mint mobile and didn’t have service where I live. I will never try switching again just to save some money bc it took 2 days and 7 hours of phone calls in order to get an account back with Verizon. I so appreciate their help and patience!!!

Friendly and welcoming. Attentative to my concern. Walked me through the process of what needed to be done to resolve my issue. Also gave me tips on preventing the same mistakes and how to resolve at home first. I think it was Justin who helped me.
