“The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with the problems I was experiencing with my phone. Also helped me get back to a Verizon account when I tried switching to Mint mobile and didn’t have service where I live. I will never try switching again just to save some money bc it took 2 days and 7 hours of phone calls in order to get an account back with Verizon. I so appreciate their help and patience!!!”
