They were very patient with my baby kitten who has some food aggression, helped me figure out how to make her not so aggressive with food, very gentle with her being she is very tiny. Trimmed her nails, deworming medication, ear medication. Dr.Hahn was great as is everyone that works there! We seem them for our dog as well and he’s very big and doesn’t like his ears cleaned or nails trimmed, but they always seem to have the best compassion with the animals. I can’t remember the other drs name but she is just as good as Dr Hahn. I highly recommend this place!!!

This seems like an okay place. The staff and doctors are very friendly. But, I was concerned about the fact that they do push certain medications for fleas, ticks and heart worm which are very expensive and are known to cause seizures. They did not have the topical medication our breeder recommended. I am concerned about trying something else for our new puppy. Also, they seem to push absolutely every vaccine available.

The staff at Homestead was amazing. My puppy was overwhelmed and excited to meet so many wonderful people and they all thought he was so cute. As his “mom”, I might be biased, but I agree.

It was our first visit but so far so good. I was able to get an appt in a reasonable amount of time for a yearly physical and shots, and a re-check on a wounded paw previously treated by an exceptional emergency vet in Jersey. Kayla and Dr. Hahn exhibited exceptional bedside manner and made us feel comfortable while they gave my dog a once over. Dr. Hahn did a nail trim and due to her gentle nature, my lil guy didn’t have to be restrained or held down in any way, which was actually a first because he HATES to have his nails trimmed. We’ll continue to trust Homestead with the care of our beloved fur baby, Puck because I actually think they care about our dogs almost as much as we do.

Homestead has been a staple here for years. They took great care of my sisters dogs over the years. So when I adopted Bou first thing was to get him to Homestead to get him checked out. Always a pet friendly team of professionals are there to meet your needs.

Brought our kittens there for booster shots and they came home with FLEAS. They're indoor cats so the vet office is the only place they have been exposed to.

We have had several animals there as of late. So I will do this review for them all. We had our dog there and because she barking the receptionist asked us to go wait in the car. Mind you we were trying to work with her so that she didn't bark.
With the barking dog we had a cat with us that had been lost for 4 months. It was a little confusing with being asked to wait in the car or I would have said something. They didn't even take her temperature. I have a feeling that I will have to be taking her back soon because she's not acting right.
Maybe it was us but I feel like it's not the same there. I love Kim! She's about the only one I know by name there. But I do love the other lovely vet assistant. I can't recall her name though. I just recall her having a little mermaid tattoo. ;) I will catch her name next time. She's the sweetest ever.
Then when we were at the desk paying this lab came barreling out the door at our dog, who wasn't even barking now. The customer was asked to take his dog back into the room. And as I was leaving he was being apologized to as if it were our dogs fault. Just saying. Our dog handled being charged at pretty well. That just annoyed me a bit.
Anyway. I have been going here for quite a long time. It's just gone a little downhill for me.

Excellent experiance with everyone at Homestead. Very friendly , kind and felt very comfortable. It is nice to finally find a vet that really cares and does what's rite for the animals! Thank you
