Waited over an hour for 12 pictures to be printed because the printer printing my pictures was apparently jammed and no one could help because their truck they had to unload was more important than 2 customers. A man came out from the truck to try to fix it and he couldn't and walked back outside to finish the truck. I was given a ride so I left to get my car and when I came back my pictures were still not printed and the lady that ordered hers two hours prior was still waiti

When a well known person in your community comes into your store in the middle of the night for some medication for his sick son, pulls his phone from his hip to call his wife to make sure their son can take the medication due to allergies to medicine but returns the phone to his hip, gets the medication and heads to checkout becomes a crime, shopping in your store will no longer be. Yes, it was the middle of the night but what does that matter. Time to train your employees/managers properly.
