At first the associate was pleasant and attentive to our wants and needs. So I purchased wedding bands at this location. I confirmed with the associate (erin employee # 13529656) that my purchase would be available on the 18th. She assured me they would be. Here it is the 17th and all I get from her is conflict and the run around about how it's not her fault they won't be available for pick up.
Her unwillingness to assist me in problem solving lead to her trying to talk over me and trying to shuck the blame on to someone else.
I would not recommend this location if professionalism and commitment means anything to you and how you choose to shop.

Amir was so incredibly helpful, and extreamly easy to work with. I went in thinking I wanted one thing, and he showed us multiple options and found us something we loved even more!! I have been a zales customer for 15 years and never have had someone be so helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to make future purchases

recently went here with my sister to find a ring for her boyfriend of 4 years. Right when we stepped into the store (me, my sister, and 2 friends) immediately felt unwelcome. Dean came over to help us and he seemed nice at first but then he came off as judgmental and as if we were an inconvenience for not knowing much about men’s rings… my sister asked if they had any other options in 8-9 (meaning size) and he says sarcastically “we don’t have rings priced 10 dollars” my sister already feeling uncomfortable felt like this was targeted because we are college students. She ended up buying a ring but ended up cancelling the order after how this interaction made her feel. :(

My friend went into the store to purchase a ring for her boyfriend. Dean, the man who assisted us, was extremely rude and condescending. We didn’t know a lot about men’s rings and we are college students, so our price range was not super high. We felt rushed and extremely unhappy. He did not ask our preference for pricing, or help much at all. Very bad expirience.
