Beautiful shoes and extremely helpful and pleasant sales team. Margaret took care of me. The shoes were a bit tight in one spot so she stretched it and they are perfect. Very comfortable.

Outstanding customer service. I was impressed how attentive they were to what I was looking for. You can always count on the quality of the products but customer service is unpredictable. I would shop the company store before purchasing items from department stores. Nordstrom does not even include the merchandise in a Ferragamo box.

Such a lovely first time experience shopping with Salvatore Ferragamo at King of Prussia mall today. The sales assistants were super helpful, and gave me their undivided attention. I purchased two of the latest from their sneaker collection. I cannot wait to come back here for my birthday!! Thanks to the ladies who assisted me today and super thanks for the complimentary cocktail service.
