I stopped in at the King of Prussia location and was waited on by a very pleasant, professional and polite man, Frank C. Frank C had an answer for my question and handled it quickly and with patience. In the future I and my son will only deal with the reps at King of Prussia. My understanding is that the King of Prussia store ( in the mall) is corporate- the Trooper store is not. Again a shout out to Frank C for outstanding service with a smile at the King of Prussia TMobile store!”

“In the main section of the mall area, this costco also has a tire center but lacks gas station. The parking is little cramped to get in, and out is the only drawback I see. I have shopped here many times, the store is maintained well, stocks are kept intact, there is always plenty to try samples on weekends so can make a decision to buy. They do carry good furniture sets and change during seasons. During spring and summer, it is always pleasant to see the range of garden items and plants, herbs, and bushes. They do carry garden soil, lawn essentials. They do carry water activities, outdoor play sets, etc. I always liked the variety and collection they have for any of the products, and from.pricr point of value, you get put in membership. This store has lots of several country groceries, I have seen indian groceries and products, which is great on quality. The staff is usually friendly and has good value to the members.”
“The elementary school teacher in our house purchased two bags of school supplies from this Target location, but mistakenly left with one. These items were for a specific event the next morning at the school. Upon discovery of the mistake, I was sent to talk to the store. The courteous young man at the customer service counter looked for the bag in multiple places in the store, but it didn't turn up. I showed him our receipt and pointed out the missing merchandise. He directed me to find the missing items, and come back and the store took care of it. Class act, Target! An elementary school class was very appreciative.”
“I went to a Verizon store and the service was terrible and not customer friendly. I decided to go the Verizon store in King of Prussia and the Manager Dionne greeted me at the door with a warm and friendly smile, and immediately address my needs. She is an asset to the company . She is very knowledgeable, and the information she provided was very helpful. She addressed my needs . My son and I left the store very happy. Thank you Dionne!! I appreciate you a lot.”
“I had a wonderful young lady help that I am greatful. However, I had to wait too much extra time after making my second appointment. It seemed like more employees had to stand around and discuss something as opposed to helping folks waiting for them.”
“My elderly mother had a billing issue and couldn't get through to telephone support so she went to the Verizon store to try to sort it out. The manager on duty was Rashid and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help my mother. He not only straightened out the issue, but helped my mom install the Verizon app so she could try to address any future issues through the app. Thank you Rashid for being so nice, so helpful. I wish I could have been there to help but its nice to know people like you are there to lend a hand to people in need of good old fashioned customer service.”
“Came in for an upgrade, left with 2! Scored a tablet on my business plan with all the promos they had running for a crazy low rate. I visited last week, so names are blurry, but (I believe) the Associate Kelsey and her Manager Noah, were very helpful, kind, and professional! They made me aware of all the extras and add-ons, but didn't push me onto them, which was refreshing. I also had some extras on my plan for International talk-text-data that I didn't need, so Noah dug further into the promos and sat on the phone for an hour to hook me up with a cheaper plan!
