I am incredibly pleased with the staff of this location. My first experience shopping at LV was incredible, thanks to the care, patience, and attention from LaMarre. He guided me towards what i was looking for and i can’t wait to shop with him again. He’s great!

The store is all there and some. I’ve been there with my husband to show him what I would like when I am ready to buy from the store we love the selection they treat you so nice it’s really nice.

I came in here looking for a wallet, and the sales rep was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with. He took his time explaining each one, showed me multiple options, and was totally fine when I told him I wanted to shop around at other stores before making my decision.He even gave me detailed directions to another store I was looking to visit. When I came back, he asked if I'd found the place. I ended up purchasing a wallet from them and absolutely love it.We then spoke about the new watch LV is launching in the back. He brought out the sample pieces and we chatted about work and other things. Hands down, one of my best experiences in a name-brand boutique. I'll definitely be back here again in the future.I just wish I could remember the rep's name so I could give him all the credit he is due!

Drove from Delaware reached the store before 5:00pm and was turned away security said stores closed and there were still customers shopping. I definitely won't make the trip again to this store.

Absolutely the worst Louis Vuitton store I've ever visited. Waited hours before any sales person even acknowledged me. All I wanted qass a pair of sneakers and to leave. Considering I've spent thousands of dollars in the last 3 months at this store it's shocking and absolutely unnerving with the disrespect!

Okay, the wait was definitely not worth all the hype you'd expect for the prices and this location. We stood around for the better part of 25 minutes waiting to be served when 6-8 staff members were just loafing, not one of them engaged us. Worst custom service we've experienced in years. And we shop upscale a lot !!!Like a whole lot. I would strongly suggest going to Milan if you canOr shop on-line and skip the mediocre customer service. Or shop another vendor where you might be appreciated And yes we still spent a couple stacks and would have bought more but I was perturbed

The Director at the KOP store is rude and unhelpful. I would suggest not going to this Louis store in this mall and order online. If you go to the mall, there is Nordstroms, Bloomies, Nieman Marcus and Saint Laurent and Givenchy, all with nice products and lovely handbags. The Director at the Louis store has a complete lack of customer service and treats customers with repair issues with disdain and disrespect. While she is managing this store, it is suggested to shop elsewhere in this mall,

We visit to browse the store. Constantly changing "New" designs in purses and leather goods at extravagant prices. Staff is always welcoming and eager to please.
