Do not purchase anything from this store the bras are cheaply made. Bought to bras wore them once. Follow instructions on how to care for them. 2nd wore no support in bra. This store is located in King of Prussia mall in Pennsylvania. Dm Gabby denied the exchange even though I had a receipt.

I am a man, and during the holidays I bought 6 pairs of size large long silk pajamas in colors of red, blue, bright blue, green, gold, and silver. These women's silk pajamas are the most silky, comfortable, and sensual silk pajamas the I have ever worn. Before I bought them I wore men's silk pajamas, but these pajamas made for women feel more silky, sensual, and comfortable. They are so irresistibly silky, sensual, and comfortable I can not help but want to wear them. They make me feel Heavenly perfect and I am my happiest when I wear them I wear them to bed every night, and they give me my best night sleep.

Ordered some things online and needed to switch out sizes. Alexis helped me over the phone and in store. She was amazingly helpful and accommodating and found me the perfect garments. I’m so excited to wear my new things. Thanks again, Alexis! ❤️

Great experience in store. VERY POOR QUALITY!! I purchased a silk set and the shorts burst at the seems not even a month later. I bought silk sets off of Amazon for 1/4th of the price and they are lasting longer. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! Not worth it!

I am writing this in hopes that it will reach the corporate office. Recently I visited the Intimissimi KOP location looking for new Bras. I encountered a really sweet young lady who took her time with me since I was new to the store. I believe her name was Shae. She is the only reason your staff is receiving the "ok" status otherwise this store would be getting a "not good, never would I ever visit again!!!". While shopping I asked the young lady who was helping me who her supervisor was because I wanted to let them know how valuable of an employee she was. When she pointed me in the direction of her supervisor, before leaving I went to say something to her. Well let me tell you, I overheard some of the most negative, degrading, disgusting, the most ignorant conversation I had ever heard right out in the open. This woman was talking about her staff as if they were trash. It was clear she was having a bad day and I understand we all do at times BUT can you imagine having to work for someone who would say such mean things about you in front of customers and other employees. Fast forward to this week. I really liked the Bras I purchased and was hoping to see the young lady Shae again for some assistance. Unfortunately it was her day off and I had the very sarcastic pleasure of working with supervisor from before. It was such an unpleasable experience. I'm not sure if it was because of my previous impression of her but her attitude rubbed me the wrong way. If I had her name I would let you all know (for some reason I want to say Brits or something like that). I will never go into this store again because of her!!!
