Extremely professional and quick service. I ran into a massive hole during the flood a few weeks back and blew my tire, I also thought that I collapsed my suspension or messed up one of my control arms but thankfully when they took it in, they were completely honest and didn’t try to rip me off like so many auto shops would have.
Also, the night key drop off is perfect, you fill out an envelope with your contact details and leave your keys in mail slot of the door

Tire swap and state inspection done on an older vehicle. The team, including Mark and Ashely, could not have been better communicators throughout the day - fair and friendly. Can't ask for anything more from an auto shop.

I had my car inspected here last year with no issue, but this time around, they cracked my oil pan. It’s also clear from recent reviews that this is a repeated issue. They refused to take any accountability, wanted to charge us for their mistake, and treated my family terribly. I cannot believe how the situation was handled on their end. My family were loyal customers for years and now we’ll all be taking our business elsewhere.

I work next door and after an issue i had with another place I called CJ's to see if they were able to fix my car issue. Not only did they fix it, they fixed it for free. It was a minor issue that could've turned into something much more. The quickness and generosity was much appreciated after a stressful situation. I know where I will be making taking my business for now on. Thank you again CJ's!

Tightened the oil cap too tight so the next person couldn't undo it. Also, didn't replace the coolant cap, so our coolant is nearly empty now. I tried calling to discuss, but the call went to an automated "thank you for calling" voice over and over. Feeling very disappointed and frustrated.
