Let me first say that Staci is a work horse, her dedication to not only her job, but her clients, shows through her hard work, knowledge, respect, kind heart, and compassion. This is my husband’s and I first home purchase and we were nervous, stressed, and constantly bombarding her with questions. Like the professional that she is, she reassured us, walked us through step by step and was always willing to answer our calls and texts. To be honest, I truly feel we wouldn’t have gotten through this process without her. We are most grateful for her and will definitely be returning customers. Staci was very thorough and very timely in every aspect of my funding of my home. She helped me navigate through all of the information I needed and took the time to explain everything to me. She worked very hard and was honest with me about how the funding for my home worked. She actually was the person who found me the home I subsequently purchased. She found a local a trusted inspector for me as well. I loved working with Staci. Even my realtors loved working with her and hoped to add her to their list of lenders to work with in the future.

If you are thinking about going to someone else, dont. Staci is the most knowledgeable , experienced person you will ever work with. Answers all questions makes herself available to go over and beyond to support her clients in making sure they get the best deal(s). Me and my partner had a lot of issues at closing but that didnt stop Staci from making sure everything was done properly and accurately so we could get our dream home. Just sure if she ask you to do something or get her a document(s) do it ASAP, because she cant be the best if you are holding her up from providing you the best customer service by gettig everything done in a timely manner. ✅️ Happy and Satisfied customer.
