“I tried to go get boots from here. I found a pair I liked and even though the prices were a bit steep, I asked if they had a pair in my size... The lady running the store said they had them in my size. When I asked if I could try them on, she said "No". Needless to say, I left without purchasing the boots. Not sure why I couldn't try them on to make sure they fit before dropping almost $200 on them.So, I went back today (next day) and used Google Translator to ask in Spanish and the experience was much better. Turns out she didn't understand what I was asking the day before. I am glad I figured this out and was able to communicate with her. She was very pleasant to deal with once we were able to speak with each other. They certainly have nice western style boots, hats and belts. I would recommend checking them out.”
“Ed was so helpful!! I bought a pair of hoka bondi and it was not the best on my feet. I was then away for vacation and was not able to return them for two weeks. During the time, my mom threw away the shoe box and along with the receipt. I let Ed know about my situation and he was happy to exchange a different pair for me. Ed is a very knowledgeable guy.”
“Just had my daughter sized for running/cross training shoes. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable. The selection in style, size, and foot support was vast. Also we were able to get better support for ankle compression accessories as well. Overall a plesant experience and cost effective shoe store that I highly recommend.”
“I recently went here with my bf on a whim one evening after going out to eat. This was our first time in a place like this. I was excited, he was a bit nervous and overwhelmed at first which is funny, but he came around. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for and were immediately pointed in the direction of the product we wanted (tho we walked right past it by mistake lol). We browsed for a good while checking out their extensive stock. They have many very nice products, but be prepared to spend a pretty penny for the really good quality stuff. Trust me, it's worth it! Whatever you're looking for, you're bound to find it. If you need help or recommendations, the staff are very awesome and informative. Everyone is super cool and casual. Even if you're nervous about being in a place like this or asking a question, don't be! We were recommended some lube to go along with our initial product by this really cool looking guy (sorry we never got your name!). We even picked up something to test that we'll definitely be coming back for. ;) Overall, an awesome place with awesome people that we'll have to visit again sometime soon.”
“Anthony and George were great. I was at point where the original style of Redwing boot was causing me discomfort. George measured me with the ultimate fit and we found out I was wearing my boots a size too small. Found a different style and the right size. Huge difference. Comfortable and lighter. My feet are feeling much better now. Thank you.”

“I made a Sunday afternoon appointment for my daughter and myself as we both needed gowns. The staff although busy ( one on the phone & the other with a customer) greeted us upon entry. I love the setup of the boutique. Everything was easy to find. Shana and her staff were attentive, kind, & patient. I tried on a few gowns - some 3x. “I would always past this little store when I would go through thorndale to go to the dispensary and I would always be so curious but never had the time to stop so I finally made the time to stop last week and I was so surprised by the selection of such top end brands like Nike, Adidas, Puma, True Religion, etc. Omg they had infant to adult variety of clothes and shoes, they also had small varieties of fragrances, beauty products, belts, wallets, etc. I was totally surprised yall! Very nice ? but pricey.”
“Mandee AKA Charlotte Russe is hit or miss. Some trips you come out with bags of really cute things. But there is that time or 2 when you walk the whole store twice and find nothing. Last visit they put out nothing but fleece PJs. I'm not one to wear PJs as regular clothes. Walk through on a regular, never know what you will find”
