The washer and dryers are great. However, I hate going there when the lady who works there is on shift. I’m starting to go super early to avoid her. She always rushing people, even when its not busy. One time I put my laundry in and went to get change, but realized I didn’t have cash on me so I walked out and went next door to wawa to take money out of atm. As im taken money out the lady comes up to me and goes “what are you doing?” And i was like im getting money out! She then tells me well I need you to hurry up because I need that washer. I tried to explain to her I was just getting money out. But she kept telling me they were super busy and there was no washers open and other people needed them. I got my money and went back. There were plenty of washers open….she was just trying to get me to get my clothes out of that washer cause her friend wanted to use it. I put my money in the machine and started my laundry, she litterly followed me to the washing machine! Watched me put my quarters in, and start it! The look on her face -__-. Then on a separate time… I put my laundry in, I set a timer for myself that matched with the time of the machine and went to my car to wait because I really didn’t feel like dealing with her attitude. I never left, the location. I just sat in my car and waited. Anyways alarm goes off I walk in and I remember I left my dryer sheets in my car. I went back to get them and when I came back less then a minute later I walked in and my clothes where in a cart my underwear out for everyone to see. She was standing there and was like ohhh is that your clothes.sorry but we needed the machine for other people we are busy. Lies there were only two other people there and plenty of machines open. I didn’t say anything i just put my clothes in dryer and walked away. I’ve also heard stories of people that had the same experience and have had calls made to pd over them confronting her for the way she treats them. The owner needs to step up his game and get someone better and more respectful. To him she acts like a perfect employee, but wish he would see how she is when the owner isnt there.

I was washing my family’s clothes here and when it was about done I went to my car to get drying sheets. In less than 2 min another lady had taken out my clothes from the washer which included all of our undergarments. It was a very embarrassing experience seeing our clothes out. We then asked the lady why she did that and she told me that the employee on duty had given her permission to take it out. Like I said it felt very uncomfortable and embarrassing going through this experience
