My workplace receives crickets from this vendor weekly and I am so thankful for them! Today a winter storm made shipping our weekly delivery risky, so they drove the shipment directly to our loading dock. I cannot thank them enough!

If I could give them no stars I would. Terrible communication. You call and leave voicemails only to be ignored and never called back. You email and email them and never hear anything back. Customers get empty boxes that they paid for. You get shorted on superworms all the time. They use UPS which smashes the boxes and delivers a bag with a piece of the box left in it and 2 live crickets. No joke. I can't make this stuff up. Just all around terrible experience. Steer clear and find someone else!

We are Crazy Frog Lady LLC and this has been our supplier for years. I can't stress enough the lack of communication from the owners. We been getting complaints from our customers that are shorted on Boxes of Crickets and Superworms. We try to communicate but all they do is send out a replacement and recharge us for there error. This is beyond good Buisness practice, as most companies weigh there Feeders Insects 10% over and this company seems to weigh 10% under. If you are a business who wholesales from this company. STOP NOW. This company will give your Business a Bad name. That's why we stopped. Look us up and reach out to us. We can try to match there prices and give you exactly what you need. I can also provide you with tons of other business who have had or had the same issue as us with Five Point Cricket Farm. We hope that the Better Business Bereau works with us to help resolve this issue, and shut there doors or at least give there customers the correct amount that they order

This is the best place for crickets, I couldn’t recommend them enough!Shipments are prompt and speedy, ordering local means I never have to worry about deliveries being dead on arrival, an issue I had too frequently with big brands like Josh’s Frogs. What’s even better; Five Points has a climate controlled shed for customer pickup! This is huge for me in the winter months when delivery isn’t an easy option with my schedule.I also want to shout out Lynn for always being available to answer me the few times I’ve had questions. She and her crew have absolutely made me a loyal customer ?

No product to pick up there.. never visited... attempted ordering...pricing too high.. and their leaving orders outside in a shed all year round for pickups... not feasible..20 min late....order freezes or cooks....by temps

Got 1/2 crickets from them... took 3 days longer than my garenteed 2 dat shipping... then the crickets arrive half dead and the wrong size and species. I emailed em about it and they asked me for a picture and when I sent it they never responded back. Horrible customer service. I wanted to take the 3.8 stars for granted and try it out, but they dont do their job right. I'll be getting my crickets from buyfeedercrickets from now on.

Never had an issue with dead crickets, always alive and look very healthy. Lynn and Dale at Five Points always keep open communication with me also. I would recommend them to anyone! And the fact that they are banded crickets is even better!!!
