She measured both my feet, brought out about a half dozen pairs for me to try on, she recommended inserts (I had surgery last year for planter fasciitis). She really took the time to get me the boot that was right for my feet. I was so impressed with her. Her attention to detail, including her knowledge of the warranty (which varies from boot to boot). My experience at C Gil's was top notch thanks to her. I recommend that the next time you need shoes, you try this place. You won't be disappointed, and you won't get this level of customer service at a big box store.”
