Dropped a cell phone off here for return and it somehow got lost and never found. Cameras everywhere but phone just vanished and now out $1200

Very easy process to send pre-paid packages. Not really a huge fan, being a retired Postal Worker, but someone else is footing the bill.Now we wait to see how long it takes to get to Texas.

Box damaged,product broken and can't get FedEx to give me a return label. So now I'm stuck paying for the return shipping when FedEx clearly damaged/broke the product.
