CVS store 6764 is always a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is always helpful, the store is clean and well stocked.

Cashier/restocking woman is extremely rude. Pharmacy is ridiculous. You receive phone calls or texts saying your scripts are ready and they aren’t when you try picking them up. Some of my scripts are “delayed” and have been for two weeks. And then when they are ready, they never let you know.

My experience with the staff in the storefront has been fantastic. They are patient with questions and helpful. However, recently the pharmacy has fallen apart; closed when they are scheduled to be open, and behind on scheduled medications pick ups. I don't know what changed I am hoping pharmacy management improves before clients, like myself, take family prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst customer service around! Has been like that for years. Unfortunately they're the only drive through place to get your prescription. Time to switch to Weis Pharmacy.

Everytime we have a script sent here there is a problem. Get calls saying they are ready and get there and there is nothing there or it's not ready. Very unreliable.
