My mother purchased a 2020 Subaru Impreza from Glanzman Subaru exactly 6 months ago. She got it for a unbelievable price with next roughly 40 thousand miles under its belt. When she got home she had the biggest smile on her face for the next week and a half it's like anything that wanted to ruin her mood was unsuccessful in doing so. She purchased the full tune up package. Which includes a full inspection of the vehicle as well as two free oil changes for the first year owning the vehicle. This dealership when it comes to punctuality is as punctual as it gets! Literally on the DOT they sent my mother an email letting I know that the vehicle is ready for an oil change and that all she needs to do is just bring the vehicle in and they'll make sure that it happens that day! When I was finishing up work I stop by the dealership everyone is super polite, fast acting, and accommodating through the whole visit! Cathy was very detailed oriented and incredibly thorough when she went over what the team there at Subaru was going to accomplish while I was there for the tune up! The best part was is that I didn't have to call to set up an appointment or anything like that all I had to do was bring the car to the dealership pull into a garage and after that everything seemed to just be one smooth motion! When they took the vehicle into their care I went outside to just enjoy fresh air and drink my slurpee I didn't even get to finish my drink before they called me and told me that they'll be done with the vehicle and that they will meet me at the waiting area. When I got to the waiting area yet right when I sat down Kathy came walking up walk me over to the vehicle showed me exactly what they did with the car she made sure that I understood that the oil changes are free for the first year they told me that everything is in perfect condition and that they'll see me on the next date! All I can say is that I am extremely impressed with their whole team there and that not one second went by that didn't make me feel like a valued customer. I recommend Glanzman to any Subaru enthusiast, or someone that is just looking to buy a reasonable, affordable, dependable vehicle! All in all I'm glad that my mother chose this dealership to do business with!!! 11 out of 10 good work you guys! When you come across an 04 WRX STI completely stock let me know! Lol

The dealership as a whole was amazing. The employees were kind and not pushy at all during my purchase. I had the pleasure of working with Miles. He was professional, very honest and knowledgeable about every aspect of my vehicle. I would recommend Glanzman and Miles to anyone who is on the market of looking for Great quality vehicles.

just signed for a lease with Glanzmann - everyone there was extremely professional and relatable, I felt informed on the car that I was leasing and that I wasn't just another sale for this dealer. I highly recommend Kim, John and Jennifer to work with! Great people truly do make a huge difference and everyone at Glanzmann are outstanding!

Was in from out of town with my check engine light on - they welcomed me without an appointment, diagnosed and cleared in seconds, no charge. A real lifesaver when other dealerships said they were booked and wouldn’t even allow me to drop in.

I bought my first Subaru from Glanzmann and it was unlike any previous car buying experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful and no one pressured us into anything. The manager was super accommodating and personable and our salesman Miles was so professional while still being warm and helpful! It was an overall positive experience from beginning to end!

We recently traded in a Crosstrek and bought a brand new one.
Miles got us exactly what we wanted and made the process easy.
He did not push for things we didn't want, and we used his input to help figure out those things we didn't know.
When it's time for our next purchase, we want to work with him again.

I live 10 minutes away from Reedmans, but drove 30 minutes to Glanzmann to purchase my Crosstrek because of Reedman’s abysmal customer service. What a great decision that turned out to be! Glanzmann is amazing to do business with, and their service center is top notch! Lisa takes excellent care of me and my vehicle! Many thanks to Lisa and the whole team at Glanzmann!!

Kyle did an excellent job for me. I’ll be back for all repairs.
Had Chris most recently help me out and the service I received was excellent.
Most recently had Bryan as my service manager and he was excellent. Took care of my issues and let me know of upcoming items I will need to address before the winter which I appreciated.
Lisa got me in when they were packed and all services were completed quickly. Was able to get a loaner as well which allowed me to get back and forth to work. Very professional and thorough in letting me know what definitely needed to be done and what could wait which helped my budget. Thanks.

Glanzmann Subaru is a nice operation. They have cars on their lot and fair priced cars. I was impressed with the setup of the entire place Lauren Lange was my sales lady. She said she was salaried and doesn’t work off of commission. I felt at ease and wasn’t pressured with a sales approach. I am confident we made a good decision on the car and expect good service throughout the years at Glassman. We started off wanting a Toyota but the dealership had no inventory and weren’t very interested in our business.
