“The most positive and helpful experience I have had with auto mechanics. I called three other mechanics and KG's quote was the most fair pricing I could find. Dustin fixed an issue with my exhaust pipe and brakes and explained what he was doing so that I could understand and answered all my questions. They also suggested other repairs that I could consider, but were open and honest about the urgency of them and were not pushy. They were also flexible about my schedule which was greatly appreciated. Good group of guys, I can't recommend them enough. I will be going back for any future repairs.”

The guy I talked to looked up the code and advised that I should contact the manufacturer as it may be covered under an extended warranty that I wasn't aware of. THANK GOODNESS he suggested this because the repair was covered. Since I didn't have work done here, I can't comment on their service but they could have taken advantage of me and charged me $4000+ for a transmission but instead were honest and helpful by referring me to the manufacturer.
