I’ve been going to Balistreri Auto service for a little over 5 years now and I’ve had great experiences each time working with them! Every time my cars up for inspection they fit me in based on my schedule and usually have my car done same day. They send yearly discount offers and honored every one that I’ve brought to them. Lowest prices near me. All around it’s a quiet shop in a safe area! 5 Stars

We took our car here last year. I wanted to do this review a long time ago but since its up for inspection time tony popped in my head. He over charged us so badly its not even funny! Claimed we had a small hole in exhaust but never showed it to us. We left there with problems immediately leaving and turned back around. Paid him up front half the cost. $2300! 400 dollars for a heat shield that does nothing but cause issues. He just kept tacking on "you need this and that" never showed us proof basically held the car randsom, we needed it back on time and he didn't respect that. We needed a new mechanic asap after taking to him. Our new mechanic hadnt charged us over 400 bucks the entire year! Assured us we got ripped off,, And it was fixing tonys problems! Dont bring your car here! He also left paper work in our car saying it passed with flying colors. Dont think he ment to leave it in there. Since he lied to us and left that paper in our car. We passed emissions immediately but he told us we didn't. But he left the proof in our car! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!
Ps. The reason why we brought our car here in the first place was because he had so many good reviews! Cant trust anything anymore!

No bud sorry I do NOT have the wrong person and its been a year. Red ford.. inspection stickers that are falling off my car window rn have YOUR name on it. U want a pic date receipt time??? How can I prove to you that I was there and you over charged me and its been a year so what? I cant leave a review a year later of my experience? I'm not attacking anything im truthfully speaking about my experience at your place of business a year ago! I was just reminded of your terrible work since it has been a year that I was there. Maybe u don't remember me or my fiance and the 400 heat shield or quarter size hole u never showed us! But I have the receipt and I am about to remove the stickers YOU put on our car. Our 2300 stickers, yay.. im adding a photo so u can't say im a liar.. thats your signature and your station number.. thats the date look it up. Red ford there is the vin... I was there!
Edit again : no thanks we have the invoice and I will not remove the 1 star and im glad it effects you. And if you have no record of the heat shield your not doing a good job at all. And people need to know they deserve toknow.... period end of story. .

I called them! Someone answered, I started to ask a question, they HUNG UP on me! I called right back and they wouldn't answer the phone! I'm NOT gonna BEG them to take my money!

This place is a hidden gem! I have been to Balistreri Auto several times and everytime my guys hook me up and have my car back to me the same day. The first time I went to them, I was quoted 7,000 from someone else after having my car for 2 weeks, I took it here paid less than 500 had it back the same day. Since then anytime I have an issue I take it to Tony and his sons and they have me fixed up the same day and for beyond a reasonable price. They are always very professional, thoroughly explain what is wrong with your vehicle and never try to upsale on anything. They are very friendly and make you feel like family. This is literally my go to place, if you want fast affordable, efficient work by a honest mechanic take your vehicle to Balistreri.

I had to find a new garage to do my inspections recently . I do my own mechanical work on my vehicles and know them inside and out. Tony did not try to upsell me or charge for unneeded repairs. He got me in quickly and got my inspection done in a timely manner. I'll be bringing all of my family's vehicles here going forward.

I was told after an oil change, from ANOTHER mechanic, that I needed a new transmission pan. Tony got me in and put my car on the lift and showed me what I needed to do, which was to NOT get a new pan.He not only saved me money, but potential problems with doing this unneeded work. First time dealing with Tony and I think I may have found a new mechanic. His honesty, knowledge, and kindness was very evident.Service: Transmission

I took in my car for a simple oil change & to see what needed done for my car to pass inspection. When I went to pick up my vehicle, my front drivers side door was smashed in on the bottom. I’m not entirely sure they even completed the service, my “Oil Change Required” light is still coming on, no identifier as to when my next visit would need to be. On top of that, they failed to give me the correct invoice (which was placed in my vehicle). The lack of professionalism I experienced is truly astoundingSave yourself the headache & DON’T bring your vehicle here.
