i ordered a package and i had an issue with a shipping label i reached out to the seller and they told me to go to the post office i went to the post office and there was a worker willing to help me find my package then the manager came out and said very rudely that i may not get my package in his words “we aren’t going to look through 200 packages” i recommend that maybe your should prioritize having better customer service

The Jamison post office flat out neglects their responsibility to deliver the mail. They do not provide a public service, but instead provide a huge inconvenience to my life.
All of the sudden, our neighborhood’s postal service worker has decided to stop delivering our mail. I only received my mail 3 times in March, and I have not received it once over the past 10 days. I went into the Jamison office to report the issue, and they took full responsibility claiming that they will not deliver the mail if the mailbox is blocked by a car… apparently this is a term in the collective bargaining agreement.
Ultimately, we cannot control who parks in front of our mailbox. So the solution they provided is for me to go in and pickup my mail which they are withholding from me.
Even worse — earlier today — my wife noticed the mailman just drive right by our house and not deliver the mail, even though the mailbox was unobstructed. This is hugely problematic, since my mail is not being delivered, and some mail had even gone missing! Something must change.

Requested to pick up my package that I URGENTLY needed. Was told the package was not at the location, after being instructed it was, and was out for delivery instead. To no one’s surprise, my package was not delivered, so I was blatantly lied too

Holly is the nicest, most genuine and kind person. It is the mail carriers who need to get it together. Our packages are left in front of the mailbox for anyone to steal because they're too lazy to walk to the door which always has a clear path. My mother is a mail carrier and has never left packages out to get damaged. I've had certified mail thrown behind one of my cars which got soaking wet due to us not being in town. We have a covered porch. How hard is it to put packages or certified mail under it? The reason I gave three stars is ONLY due to Holly's beautiful demeanor. Otherwise, this post office's mail carriers are just plain illiterate, lazy, and don't deserve their government pay. Please get it together. For the sake of us in Mountain View. We shouldn't have to drive around the development, returning peoples mail or packages to them because you consistently deliver to the wrong address. Please do not blame it on covid. Your inconsistencies were happening long before the pandemic started.

Kevin Christian is a supervisor at this place, Kevin Christian you are a disgrace to postal service you should be ashamed of yourself, running out and away from customers instead of helping resolve and issue is unacceptable. Worst postal service location ever.

Its been a year now and still this place don't know how to deliver mail. My mail always gets to someone else's box or just never gets here. The Mail driver must be lazy ? because they also don't deliver if they have to get out the car to deliver. Only time I get my mail if there is a tracking for a box then I'll see my items. Now I have to go every week and pick up my mail at the station since they suck so much.
