Riley does so incredible with my sons hair. I cannot recommend this place enough! 10/10 the staff, and atmosphere are so welcoming!
Requested style: The attention to detail is incredible!

we checked in online and waited. when I was alerted to come into the store, I had to wait an additional1/2 hour. when it was my child's turn, the stylist took another person. I told her my son was listed first but she didn't care. she knew him and gave him preferential treatment. how inprofessional

Took my son to get his haircut and told them to just clean the back and sides up. First, she didn’t drape him. Then, she started cutting his hair without spraying his hair to get it wet. To top it off she was clear in saying she’d only use scissors because she thought clippers would be too loud for him (he’s a toddler) she ended up getting the clippers and started buzzing his hair! I was confused from the very beginning but trusted that she knew what she was doing. I asked her to stop once she started going up towards the top of his head. Not only did we leave with a botched cut but we left with my child COVERED in so much hair that we ended up throwing his shirt away and had to immediately go home to give him a bath. I understand hair grows back but she did the opposite of what we talked about. My husband had his hair cut with the same woman about 2 months prior and when he came home he ended up buzzing his hair because it was so bad.

I have only had one bad haircut, but even that was my fault and have been going there every 3 weeks for 4 years. Always take first available and have yet to have a rud styles

I never write reviews, but there is one thing that has been bothering me about this location. I’ve gotten my hair cut 14 times at this location; I’ve always gotten a great cut. However, if I’m not mistaken the MVP cut gives you 4 things (Precision Haircut, Signature Scent on Hot Steamed Towel, 7-Point Massaging Shampoo, Neck and Shoulder Treatment).Unfortunately, out of the 14 times I’ve been to this location; I’ve only gotten the “Neck and Shoulder Treatment” maybe 4 times. (1 time they said the massage devices were broken, gave me a longer head massage). At the end of every cut they ask me if “they can do anything else for me”. I see the massage device hanging there, I don’t want to have to feel obligated to ask for the massage. However, I still end up paying full price. I don’t know if everyone there just doesn’t want to do it. But I feeling like if I’m paying for it, they would offer the service.I don’t want to be “that guy”. The massage at the end is like the crescendo after a great orchestra performance. A crescendo that leaves you feeling relaxed and ready for the day. Not just for men! My long hair was washed & conditioned from a massage chair with a hot towel on my face (you guys are wonderfully spoiled) then Sarah gave me the cutest long layer cut! Then, a blow-dry (but there are no fancy products or hair tools).Price was amazing at $29 and I tipped her a $20. ~ Sarah is the best!
