Do not…I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY…adapt medical was sold to this company and they are even worse then them…This sad state of a company has had my wheelchair for over 4 months with no kind of urgency to get me my chair back or even a loner…If I can find a way to take legal action I will…my chair is my livelihood and they don’t even care…the customer service sucks and they are very nice nasty with their service…I will NEVER use this company again I hope they go out of business too

We made an appointment weeks ago for them to service my son's wheelchair. We live in Montgomery County. He goes to school in Berks County. They told us that his school was too far, so I drove out and brought him and his wheelchair back home so we would be here for the service call.
Because he was home for the night, his night aide at school missed a shift. My son missed a day of classes at school. I missed a half day of work.
We were told that they would call us between 8:00am and 9:00am to tell us what time they would be here. They never called. Around 10:00am I called the office, and they said the calls were being made at that time, and I would be hearing from them soon.
Here it is the end of the day and we have not heard from them, and not received any response from repeated phone calls to them.
Over the years their reliability and customer service has really gone downhill.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My husband who is wheelchair bound got his wheelchair through them. The wheelchair needs repair which I was told could take up to 87 days and they have no loaner wheelchairs available. A wheelchair company with no wheelchairs...what a joke!! Their customer service, or lack there of is disgusting. They have no empathy what-so-ever. He is due for a new whhelchair next year and I know who we wont be using to get one!!!

As you can already tell by their other reviews, horrible customer service. If you ever actually talk to a human they tell you they will call you back with information and never do. Repair techs were a no call no show on a friday which left my mother with ALS stuck in her recliner, going to the bathroom on herself all weekend. Repair parts can take 54-89 days to come in depending on if you use insurance or not. Was told we would have a loaner chair the following Friday and guess what..... another no call no show. Have no idea how they are still a company.

My 5 year old received a wheelchair in November of 2023. The tray that belonged to the wheelchair didn’t fit properly and was taken back to NSM to be cut and I never heard anything about it again. I have been calling NSM for 6 months about it, they tell me the manager is out to lunch, someone will call me, and I never get calls back. My daughter has now started grade school And the school is asking for the tray and I have nothing to tell them. I will never ever use or recommend nsm again after this experience.

From the first moment I dealt with NSM, my experience was OUTSTANDING. Courteous, Knowledgeable, Efficient from beginning to end. Went above and beyond and I couldn't be more happier with the overall experience. Would Highly Recommend your company.

This place is literally disgusting. I am already in the middle of a legal complaint and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. They have no conscience. They are no help. They make a shoddy product and leave you out to dry. DO NOT ever use this company. And shame on Magee Rehab who set us up with them. Disgusting that these are disability services. USELESS!

We've used National Seating & Mobility for all of our daughter's equipment needs so this time was no exception. They do excellent work and really care about what they do. Thank you for making our lives better.

Made a repair order beginning of March for a knob to adjust the headrest on my wheelchair. Without it, I cannot control chair or use. Estimated repair date 4/9/24. Scheduled & Actual assembly date (part ordered received) 3/22/24. Current status as of 3/22/24 - Preparing for delivery. 4/17/24 I call & they say yes your part been here, let's schedule you. I asked why they waited for me to call them to schedule, she says she don't know, there's 5 other schedulers. Then gives me a repair date of 5/24/23. I asked for a supervisor and said no, their gonna tell you the same. So I've been bed ridden over a month already (fully paralyzed) waiting on them, then they overdue my repair date by 45 more, And says can't I just bring it in ? Totally Unprofessional & unacceptable. Had to cancel order & give insurance a grievance on NSM. 5 schedulers but 1 technician. Everytime, their repairs or orders are at least 4 months out. Only because my doc at Magee rehab recommended them but I have to report back to him also so he stops recommending an incompetent, Unprofessional company. I also truly believe the ONLY reason NSM has a 1.9☆ rating is because you must give at least 1☆ to leave a rating. The owner must see the ratings, why not restaff ? ✌??

Going on 3years trying to get a new wheelchair for my son the salesman name is Tim took measurements at st Christopher Hospital for my son to be fitted for a wheelchair a year went by did not hear nothing from him keep calling the office they said they leave him a message still didn’t hear from him went back to orthopedic to let his doctor know what was going on they said they will see if they can reach out to him some how they got ahold of him 4 months later he came out to my house took measurements again said he was going to the office to summit the paperwork to the insurance company 8 months later we called the office they said he has not summit any paperwork called the insurance company they said he had not submitted any paperwork bad company moving on to try a new company

If I could leave 0 or negative stars I would. I’ve been told for 2 months now that an expense package was going to be sent to my daughter’s insurance for her cubbybed. It still has yet to be done and every item you call the women who answer are extremely rude, short answers, and very unhelpful. I guess my daughter won’t be getting the bed she needs because this is the only place covered her insurance for what she needs. How is this place still in business?

It is January 21, 2024 I've been waiting for them to come fix my chair since September 2023.They came for a battery replacement broke my chair and I haven't seen them since or even heard from them. Every time I give them a call they give me the runaround first it was insurance then it was inventory. I had to call them to get this information most later they didn't even call me and tell me this. Overall this has been a really disgusting experience and this is a shame that you treat impaired people this way . Please just come fix my chair I've been without it for almost six months.
