I highly recommend this company. They are efficient and friendly. Eddie delivered equipment and made sure we understood how to operate everything. He did not rush us! Chris is also very friendly and accommodating.

Today I had a horrible experience with this business. This is in regard to a bill I continue to receive for my late husband. They are the only provider still sending me a bill. The bill is from services provided over two years ago. I asked them to please stop sending me this bill since it is a reminder of my late husband's illness and death. They said they don't do any research regarding prior client's and their estates, so I asked to speak to a manager and the rep said there is no manager available, so i said I would wait on hold. She said that I would be waiting all day and then said "thenk you" the way it sounds and curtly put me on hold. She then came back on the line about 45 minutes later and said she was going out for lunch so her line would be disconnected. I wondered why she knew that a manager would not be available to talk to me today and she said she told me that there was no manager in the office today. She did not advise me of those specifics before. She said she could take my number for the manager for a call back but when I asked when I could expect a call back, she said she did not know when a manager would be in the office. I asked to speak to someone else and she said there was no one else in the office today for me to speak to. That seemed hard for me to believe so I asked her name and she yelled "Christine". Then, another person got on the line and I asked who she was and she said "Jill", I asked if she was a manager and she said she was a supervisor, and said "big difference". So, at this point I realized they were not offering me any truthful information and were using semantics to manipulate the situation to be as uncooperative and rude as possible to me. Jill then asked rudely asked what I wanted and before I could explain, she yelled and said I had already taken too much of Christine's time and was taking time away from callers who need their help and then she hung up on me. When I tried to call back to speak to Jill, I was put on hold and then a recording stated that there was no-one at this number to answer the call, please leave a message. So, apparently even though I am still grieving for my husband and have countless issues to deal with on a daily basis, I deserve to be treated with disrespect and rudeness by this office. Please use another business for your supplies since they are only concerned about $$.

I highly recommend Flagship. Jamie, who works in the office is so nice and helpful. I had an issue with a piece of equipment, and a staff member ran over on a Sunday and quickly resolved the issue. Also, the drivers call to give you a time, and are kind and considerate when entering your home. Thank you Flagship!

Scheduler Chris and Drivers Steve and Ed were so helpful recently when I needed a medical bed moved out of my mom's house within days. All three worked so hard to make it happen under this tight timeline and Chris was so thoughtful and understanding my situation. Everyone on the phone when I called was also helpful and this company took such great care of my mom when she was under hospice care. I am so thankful they were part of here "village".

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Unwilling to be caring, professional and absolutely do not care about the patient. We will never do business with them again. Horrible. Unresponsive and only care about money. Billing is atrocious.Update to response: We made several payments to this company. My experience is valid, not misinformed. This was an administrative error made because the company transitioned software and when I inquired, I was told the account was paid in full. This is not slander, it is a true client experience and I was irate because they refused to listen to my complaint regarding the service and billing, not the account they are harping on. I have paid hundreds of dollars to this company and never stated they did not provide services or that we would not pay. The complaint was we were treated poorly, they were not kind, they bullied me on the phone, they would not listen to my actual complaint, they stated they were too busy to listen to me, they would not allow me to speak to or contact the owner. They absolutely will not listen to the client and as there response shows, they are misrepresenting the facts. They neglect to mention my dozens of calls and previous paynents. Something fell through the cracks and there was no compassion at all. My complaint has nothing to do with my personal business this company felt was appropriate to expose on Google but how I was treated as a client, something that they cannot seem to comprehend.

The employees at this company go above and beyond for customers. To be in certain medical situations is hard enough and when I called Flagship the rep that answered made the whole ordering process so easy. She just took my information and asked what I needed and that was it! Not only did she call my doctor to get whatever paperwork she needed, she also shipped my order and it got to me not even 24hours later! I would like to add that she told me about products I was not even aware of AND I was able to get FREE samples!! Now if that isn’t 5 star service I don’t know what is. Thank you Erin!! You really made this a comfortable process for me and I really appreciate that!~Josephine
