I'm not happy with the delivery I had received today. my package was left on the front porch of my apartment building where anyone could have picked it up. My porch is inside a screen door where my mailbox is. What is so hard about leaving the package at the apartment it is to be delivered to. Fedex needs to get carriers that aren't so lazy. I have one more package that is to be delivered...please put inside my screen door.

FedEx should use one uniform GPS for all drivers. Could not find us , but can find out neighbor across the road. I will avoid FedEx as much as possible.

Absolutely trash delivery drivers. I have been sitting by the door looking out the window, waiting for my package all day. Just to to get the update that they had made an attempt? I was sitting there waiting. Nobody was here truck didnt even drive by.

Every time we have a package, they tell us that we didn’t include an apartment number because they drive up and see apartments. Yet if they just scanned the package they would see the delivery instructions that we are not an apartment, but a townhouse with the exact directions to where our door is. Literally happened to every package thisMonth. Very frustrating when this is constantly a problem.

Now i have to make arrangements to go to the facility and pick it up myself. Because they work for an incompetent company fed ex ground said they made 4 delivery attempts my cameras tell the truth. 2 times they tried and LIED about the other 2 attempts and then show up in the middle of the afternoon when we are at work and
