“My dog is a bit fearful about some of the parts of her care the staff must perform, however, they get it done (kindly) and Lena is not afraid of visiting the vet. In fact she seems happy to meet people and tried her best to give every other doggy a happy greeting. (I discourage it, in an abundance of caution)”
“Dr. Bilder recently helped us say goodbye to our very loved cat Riley. It was very unexpected as we didn't know what was going on with Riley as she suddenly declined. The staff there allowed my husband the time to get my mom and I there. Dr. Bilder answered all our questions and walked us through the process. It was one of the most difficult things we have had to do and everyone there was so nice and helpful.”

“Dr. Schengrund and his team took care of our boxer Allie for years. The doctor got her thru some terrible tough episodes of being very ill. He was kind and caring and gave us all the time we needed. At Allie’s last visit he said that her time was limited and to enjoy her. We did just that. His expertise and his team’s compassion are perfect. Words cannot express our gratitude. “First visit with our dog Ted today at Derry Animal Hospital, after moving here from NC. Their practice is different from other vets, texting them from the parking lot when you arrive and not going into the exam room with your pet. After his exam Ted was returned to us and Dr Crescenzi came out to speak with us. She had given him a thorough examination and also several chiropractic adjustments. We appreciated the time she spent with us and the information she provided to keep Teddy healthy. Dr Crescenzi was a delight and the staff friendly and professional.”

Dr. Cincotti did a thorough exam and answered my concerns. I would recommend DCAH, both offices, since I have had all my animals at the 2 offices.”
“It takes a special person to care for our fur babies, and Dr. Salli as well as every member of his team has what it takes. The level of compassion he and his team showed my 17 year old kitty Oscar during his cancer battle was nothing short of perfect. When it came time to euthanize him, Dr. Salli and his team couldn’t have been more professional and caring not only toward Oscar, but also to me. They made a very difficult situation a little more bearable, and you can’t put a price on that. I would drive 500 miles to have Dr. Salli care for my animals. A heartfelt “Thank you” to Dr. Salli and his team for doing what you do with the upmost love and care!”
“Very friendly veterinarian. My siamese cat was very very sick and they got him in that same day. Unfortunately, he couldn't be saved as he was dying from kidney failure. But they were kind and sensitive and didn't rush my last few mins w him. The process are average for a Veterinarian. They have more than one vet here, but evry veterinarian I have seen, has been great.”
“The best! We drove almost 5 hours to Dr. Pierdon's clinic, and it was absolutely worth it. He listens, cares, and is extremely communicative about his thoughts on what's going on as well as the results from testing. He quickly pinned down a serious ongoing issue we had been having and developed a supplement and vaccine protocol specific to our hogs and operation. Further, the rest of the staff is A+++ in helpfulness and customer service. Not only did we learn A LOT and fix the issue...we also drastically improved our operation with Dr. Pierdon's help. All the while, we were treated as if we had been long term clients through the whole process and they handled our case professionally and with a sense of urgency. The whole experience was meaningful and rewarding for us, especially after we had gone in circles for months. You cannot go wrong using Pierdon Swine Services. We will make the trip any day. “Dr Distler and her staff have been extremely helpful and caring with our pets. We had to recently put our king charles down and every step of the way, Dr D was supportive. He was limping on his back leg and we thought maybe it was just a pulled muscle. When we took him to Dr D, she took an x-ray and went over it with us and had it confirmed with a peer who works with a lot of pets with cancer. He had aggressive bone cancer. She was straightforward and told us what different outcomes would be like should we do chemo or amputate, etc. We really appreciated it as it would have been hard to continue to watch him get around in pain. It was one of the hardest decisions we made, but Dr. D treated us like family and our pup as if he was her own. We were by him through the whole process as we said good bye, we were not rushed, given scissors to cut locks of his hair and hold him one last time. We had him cremated and when we got the box back, my heart was melting. They had taken paw prints and nose prints for each family member to have. I cannot thank Janet enough for her kindness as well as the entire staff. On a side note, they've also been extremely helpful with weird last minute situations for our other pup. If they're unable to see my pup right away, they've offered suggestions to get through the night until they can see her.”
“Today my kids and myself had a GREAT experience at in store! We went in for a Gecko for my 12 year old daughter and the sales associate Ethan helped us with the process from start to finish! He was awesome and knowledgeable, for sure a people person. We had a lot of questions and although the store was busy he answered each one with patience and kindness. “I have use this vet office for over 20 years and we have had some ups and downs but I must say that recently the girls in the office are doing such a wonderful job of dealing with patients that I must highly recommend them. The vets have always been wonderful but occasionally the staff was not as friendly and they have turned everything around and are doing a super job.”
