I ended up here when First Commonwealth bought the previous bank.
As a small business owner, it went from local and helpful to an absolute train wreck.
If you just need an account to put money in and write checks out of, they might be able to do that. If you want ANYTHING else, move on to another bank.

I do not recommend this bank as a small business owner. Please consider other banks for business loans. We were repeatedly led under false pretenses in regards to a collateral needed to secure a loan. After several years of a thriving business, they will not release the collateral. Be ware of obtaining any loan from this bank.

This is the best bank hands down. Calvin, Emily, Chris, and Sylvia are amazing. I recommend this bank to all business owners in PA. Great customer service, great programs. I'd rate them 10 stars if I could.

Chris Conrad is a truly righteous dude, he went out of his way to help me with our PPP when all other banks told us NO. There is a true need for more people like him in this world!!!
