Just wanna leave this here, the company I've dealt with for years recently told me they can't make a delivery for at least a week. So I called Kratzer they came today, hit a bit if a stump. Had an additional driver then a supervisor come out to MAKE SURE I had oil during these cold days. I wanna say Thank you and you've gained a customer moving forward. Thank you for the Great Service. Hope you guys enjoy the smoked cheese!!!

So thankful for these people! We had an oil emergency, and they saved the day. Our previous oil provider refused to come fill our tank and told us to wait a week for them to come fill it. At 17° with no heat, that was not an option. Kratzer came through within the hour, and we were good to go. Awesome staff and great customer service.

Our family just moved back to the area and was looking for an oil provider that’s reliable and had fair prices. We found that with Kratzer Oil. I called the office told them what we needed and they were there in a few days fill the tank. When they found out I was retired from the military, the price per gallon was lowered with a military discount. Our family would surely Kratzer Oil.

A grateful thank you to Kratzer Oil Co. My husband and I had a furnace emergency today with no heat or hot water. After leaving message on emergency line, was called back and a technician was here by 830 to fix the problem. Kratzers are the best from friendly staff, to impeccable service, to auto delivery for oil. We are thankful for you and will not deal with anyone else!
