I have been going back and forth over writing a review. I usually let things go, but this experience I could not. The experience I had upset my husband and me. So, upon reading several negative reviews on the Charles Schwab Horsham branch, I took a chance to go there anyway due to the convenience of the location. The female representative in the office was very friendly and offered great customers to her ability. However, when the Branch manager came out. That's when my experience changed. The branch manager was not welcoming at all. My husband wanted to ask him a question; he seemed uninterested, very nonchalant in his response to the point of being stand-offish. He referred us to the other account rep in the office, and he seemed not to care either. Although we have a fiduciary to manage our account, I felt being a customer to Schwab for 25 years; he could have at least been courteous towards us in seeing if our question was something that he could answer. I may not have a hundred thousand dollars in my account, but I deserve to be treated with respect with the money I have in my account. This was my first time at that branch and my last. I will drive to the Philadelphia branch regardless of the travel distance for better customer service.

Not a client of Matt's but came in this afternoon to deposit funds into an index. Very thorough and professional despite being alone in the office. Highly recommend.

I invested and was told I could not trade until proof of my address was given. I sent proof, did not hear back for several months, and eventually requested my money back. I spent an hour on the phone with a representative who lied to me and told me “your account was automatically frozen for three weeks and a check is due to be sent out tomorrow”. Over two weeks later and no check. I spent 6 hours being transferred from department to department and waiting for calls back. They informed me my account was frozen and the check was never due to be sent. I was told due to the patriot act my energy bills, verification from PennDOT, etc were not enough to verify my address. As a law enforcement member and law abiding citizen (which they knew, and verified prior to my investment) I am offended by their consistent reply of “we need to make sure you’re not a terrorist before we send your money back”. The interesting thing is my address confusion was not a problem when I deposited money with this company, but was a problem when I requested the money back. Dissatisfied .

By appointment only even to deposit one check. Matt would not help me and was very rude! Never going here again. Horrible customer service. It takes 30 seconds to deposit a check.

Brian Cahill is wonderful. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I had to be one of the least knowledgeable people he has dealt with, and he worked with me until all my issues were resolved. Highly recommend Brian and this office!!!!!

Everyone is quite pleasant. Be aware, they will accept checks and money orders for deposit, but you cannot bring cash to the branch - they do not process cash deposits. Similar to other CS Branches
