Went to the location in Holmes to sell some of my INSURED PSA graded and non-graded Yu-gi-oh! cards and either 1 of 2 things happened:
1 - The salesman does not have the proper knowledge on Yu-gi-oh! TCG Cards and their value.
Or…
2 - They know exactly what they’re talking about and are blatantly ripping off their customers.
Either way, I will not be back.

The guy pat is a nice dude. But recently, I came to give bulk and was told that "those boxes aren't enough". Which is funny for the last two times I came to the store, They took my bulk no problem. (The super rares from the one box would have made them well above the 2 dollar credit I was getting which I didn't mind giving because it was supporting them). But I lm guessing they suddenly don't want it because they took all the singles yugioh product away too.
Whoever was there at the time to "assist customers" seemed rude.I was going to by some magic product but walked out because the two employees at the front were just standing there only attending to kid next to who wanted Pokemon cards.
Probably won't come back here. A bit disappointed in my relationship/experience with this store.

I typically don’t write long reviews, but I had to for this store.
TLDR: They sell resealed/tampered packs.
My brother told me about the store nearby and I was excited because I just got back into collecting Pokémon cards after SV 151 released. I love to support local businesses instead of big brand stores, so this was great news. He wanted to surprise me for my birthday so he went by himself and got me a GENEROUS gift of 38 fusion strike packs and 36 lost origin packs. I bought a twilight booster box which came in as well, so it was going to be a glorious day of ripping (hopefully).
Fast forward, we get to ripping the lost origin and everything is great. Packs feel legitimate, cards feel good; great, so far so good. Now comes the fusion strike which we are all excited for. My wife really wants the alt art Espeon and this was our first chance of potentially getting it. We all take a pack, and rip it. Top and bottom tabs don’t rip off the seams on any of our packs. Weird. All 3 packs, cards are warped to oblivion almost as if they bathed in the sun and air. Weird, okay; no big deal. We open another one each. All cards warped again. Odd. We don’t let it get to us and we continue ripping. Then we hit 3 Appleton V’s back to back, regular holos with white code cards, upside down code cards. I immediately stop and inspect the booster packs and YES without a doubt every single fusion strike booster was resealed or tampered with. I didn’t even second guess this as they are a local reputable shop. The crimping is completely off, there’s guidelines on the boosters for where to cut. The packaging is uneven and there’s extra plastic on the top and bottom tips. I attached a picture of the twilight I opened and the fusion strike bought from here, you be the judge.
Fast forward, we go to the shop with our unopened packs and evidence. We politely explain to the representative that we believe the packs may be resealed. Almost immediately with an NPC like response; he says he opened the product in store himself. Smells fishy… okay. We try to show him the evidence, but he doesn’t even try to look at the pack to give us the benefit of the doubt. He explains it all away with poor manufacturing. I proceed to tell him that all the cards were warped, then he says “Oh, they may have came from the blue bell location.” Wait-a minute, first he opened them himself in store; and now they’re from the bluebell location? In the end, he allows us to trade the rest of our unopened packs (16) for lost origin and he throws in a few extra(4) which was nice. He then proceeds to take the fusion strike that was CLEARLY tampered with and puts it back on the shelf for resale and in my head I’m like ????????????? Please do not buy fusion strike from this store.
For anyone who read this through, I thank you and hope you have a wonderful day. I love Pokémon, I love the community and I HATE scammers. Although I do not doubt the legitimacy of this store for all of their products, this experience left me with an extremely SOUR taste in my mouth. I will never come back. Please be vigilant and examine the packaging of all the product you buy. Happy collecting!

I play Yugioh here every week and the staff have always been nicest people. I don't know what's wrong with these people review bombing. If you got a bad ruling or something talk it out bro prove your point

What can I say this place is great. Fair prices for cards and so many fun events every week. Love the store and will stay a customer for life.

Got back into Pokémon last year from 151 and i was nervous to actually go to card shops thinking i wouldn’t fit in, but Chris and the staff here have made me realize that this community is amazing and so welcoming. Between customer service for looking at products, trading products, or just talking about cards and learning, the staff goes above and beyond and is always helpful.

The staff here are incredibly rude. Overall experience with the store is complete garbo with how they treat other customers (including myself). Also dealt with the same person with glasses as mentioned below.

Sold some pokemon cards here and the fat greasy dude with glasses had an attitude when I asked if they had specific cards I was looking for and was completely unhelpful. Bad store and employees
(Edit 5-6-2024)And look at that just saw the unprofessional response from the store. And more people are giving this place 1 star reviews. Don't listen to these 5 star reviews they are most likely from the staff that work there.
These new 5 star reviews are coming from the people that work at the store as well. They really trying to keep their score up lol. Y'all are just pathetic

Saw one of the staff on Saturday, more than once, keep opening yugioh packs (sometimes even opens a new box even there is pack on the shelf) until he opens something good like a expensive secret/ultra rare/qcr/cr, and then he will put the unopened packs back on the shelf to sell. I saw on multiple occasions that when people buy loose packs from the shelf, unless it is a newly open box, they don't open anything good when that staff is there.
So basically, we are getting scammed.

Your typical card shop shenanigans. But the one I go to nonetheless :))

This place is an absolute joke. The workers there are all complete and utter trash. They are disrespectful to everyone including children trying to ask questions. This used to be an amazing place to shop for cards but it has fallen so far it isn't even worth the 5 minute drive to my house. Go to Showcase comics instead they treat you with kindness and respect.

Not my favorite of their stores (that goes to Blue Bell), but great nonetheless. Stop by for your gaming needs. I usually get mtg singles from here. If this isn't your stop check out their other stores as different events fire at different locations. Definitely stop by and give it a try.
