Unit leaked rain water and ruined our stuff. Realized after that the unit had serious water damage along the floor and walls. The owner obviously doesn't have enough common sense or care to maintenance the place. Plus the lady running it is extremely rude and short like its a bother you're paying her money to rent a unit.

Horrible hotribe storage unit. Had half my items stolen from a unit and this "company" did nothing but tell me I should have read the contract to know I needed my own insurance. Instead of explaining this as a courtesy to me. Very unprofessionalm not to mention their units smelled like urine.
