My first time to this location, Hershey Park Wells Fargo .They were very friendly I had appointment with Ronaldo. He went above and beyond service and helping my son obtain his first bank account. Thanks again Ronaldo!

Visited this location to use the ATM on my visit to Hershey. Getting in and out of this could be challenging but have enough parking not the drive through option for ATM on weekend.

I’ve been a customer at this bank for many many years but lately I’m not at all impressed with the customer service. I called and was told I didn’t need to make an appointment if I didn’t mind waiting. So I went in and was told I had to make an appointment because changing my name would take upwards of 45 minutes. It doesn’t even take that long to open a brand new account. I hate the new policy of needing an appointment. Should be first come first serve as it always was in the past.

No banker available without appointment, and the one that's available refused to help with a simple matter that wouldn't have taken more than 5 minutes of her time.

In person has been fine but please change your phone system. If I want to wait on hold because I need to speak to a person, then let me. Don’t keep transferring me to the automated account system because it is not helpful for everything. After MANY phone calls hoping someone would pick up, I will take my business elsewhere.

The staff there are very friendly and willing to help. They have assisted me with wire transfers, business line of credit, personal loan, and banking and I have not had a bad experience.

Terrible service i had today, they don't want to five 5000$ my own money saying that 4000 limiti per day, but when you put 20 k they dont have limit taking. Hate it will change my bank. They dont care about their bussiness customers

I go here weekly, the workers are pleasant, down to earth, and friendly. They go out of their way to assist their customers. Many times I've gone, if it wasn't to crazy busy they would have one banker standing by the door to greet and say good bye to guests as well as open the door for you. In my opinion, this is above and beyond!
