Excellent customer service! My wife stopped by this branch to conduct business while out of state. The tellers and greeter were most helpful, very efficient, and even gave great restaurant recommendations!

The bank members were unprofessional throughout the encounter. They were unwilling to take the time to discuss our issue and seek a resolution. After 13 years, we will be looking to move our checking account and business elsewhere.

Have been banking here for 3 plus years, and 90% of the time there’s a lengthy wait. Usually only 2 tellers working. 2 cars in front of me at the moment and have been waiting for 12 minutes so far!

Very disappointed with my recent experience at the PNC Hershey branch. Normally I have a positive experience because I rarely go inside. It was necessary to go inside because their drive-up ATM distributed a ripped bill as part of my cash withdrawal. I was concerned about using the bill as legal tender. Inside there were two bank tellers handling the line and drive-thru, which doesn’t sound bad except both tellers were also dealing with time consuming customers. The line continued to grow. To save time I left the line to deposit the problematic bill in the ATM in the vestibule, and hopefully withdraw a non-ripped bill. Unfortunately, their ATM wouldn’t accept a bill in that condition, proving my point. After returning to the excruciatingly slow line I finally reached a teller who exchanged my bill. The teller said they had “no control” over the quality of bills distributed by their ATM because those services were provided by a vendor. It wasn’t a satisfactory response after what should have been an easy fix became an ordeal and a serious waste of time. If time is money, this branch just wasted my money. As a result, I will definitely choose electronic banking options and use other ATM machines. Remember to check the condition of cash from PNC ATM’s.

I have been a PNC customer for 4 years, this is the first time I have come to the HERSHEY branch, they should close this branch, they have the worst service any establishment could have.

I had an appointment at the bank in Hershey at 12:45. I waited over 30 minutes until someone came out of the office. To them it is no big deal but to me it was a giant waste of my time. I kept complaining and was told there was nothing that could be done. I will never go back to the Hershey branch!

So freaking rude people. Drove 30miles , came to open saving account asking do you have freaking appointments? Why do you need appointment for? …… only one banker working here? Wth. Worthless places. Gonna closed my all account. On one there to helping customers. Not recommending anyone. Waste my time, gas mileage.

I went to the University Branch of PNC in Hershey to discuss an issue with recent account changes and to find out my alternative choices. After waiting quite a while the Customer Service Representative brought out the branch manager. To say our conversation was unproductive is an understatement. I would describe his demeanor as a bully. Calls to Corporate Customer Service have resulted in no response. Calls to the Regional Manager have gone unanswered with no return call. You've lost another customer.

I have been living in different countries and have accounts in different banks around the globe.The PNC is the worst which I have been chance to deal with.I was trying to get access to my online banking, did not remember a password, tried to reset it and put the information required - get a message the data is invalid. So I get to the actual PNC bank, with my passport, social security and my phone to reset it. They was not able to help me with it in the bank. Can you imagine that the bank is not able to give the access to their own web page to the actual user who came with all necessary information?This is ridiculous.They only reset my phone number and said to call for the number to make it works.And employee on phone was not able to do it through the phone, and said that I will have to wait on mail which will come to my address in 3 days. 3 working days. So I will have to wait to another week to just log in to my account.I don't know who is working in It department of the PNC branch, but I am pretty sure that teenagers with minimum wage would do better!

This bank would not let me withdraw all my money (childsupport) unless I made an account with them so I did and was not able to close it right away so they made charges after charges and then refused to give anything back. Find a better bank!!!

Drive thru always gets my deposit wrong and the error is always on their sideIt's a business account I don't control or I'd switch banks. Very annoying
