Bought a belt here and broke the first wear. I brought it back to the store and they told me have to go through some online site. I’ll never shop here again return policy is trash.

Have been a Levi's wearer since the late 70's (I suppose I'll never fit back into my first pair of 29" waist jeans tho ;) ....so will my review be biased? Perhaps, but I don't think so. As the years went by, I tended to gravitate toward generic (aka cheaper) denim in order to save $, but recently I decided to beef up my denim supply and returned to this Outlet store in Hershey. Purchased a new current me-sized Type 3 Denim Trucker Jacket and a fleece-lined Sherpa Jacket as well (oh - and a hat;). I found that when Levi's runs some of their deeper discount sales you're not TOO far above $-wise a lot of the other store brands .....and although no longer made in the USA - the quality still seems to be excellent and worth the extra cost. Store had a good selection & the staff were friendly & seem to be positive about the product they sell, which is nice. Soooo.... I'm still on Team Levi's!

Needed a pair of jeans by Friday (2 days from now). Researched store hours online (on "Levis" official website) before driving out to store location, which displayed the store was open until 8pm. I arrived to the store at 6:50pm, only to find both doors locked and two employees cleaning the floor inside. I proceeded immediately by contacting the store while standing outside, and I was informed that due to "staffing" issues, the store hours have been reduced. This updated information was available nowhere, to include online (on "Levis" official website) OR at the physical store location itself.Now, lets get to the root of this issue. Levis was founded in 1853, and the present year is 2022. Despite 169 years of business and the advantage of modern technology, Levis is seemingly incapable of updating its website (to include on-site store information as well) to provide consumers the most current information available. The real question is HOW? How could such a reputable clothing company fail to provide the most updated information to the public, potentially reducing the inconvenience (and discontent) caused to its consumers? How could such a reputable clothing company fail to prevent this inconvenience to its consumers?Has the overall quality of Levis as a company significantly declined? This small-scale inconvenience has affected me this evening, forcing me to seriously reconsider my role as a future consumer of this clothing company. Now, consider how many other small-scale inconveniences similar to this one are occurring elsewhere this evening. Take all of these "preventable" inconveniences, assemble them together, repeat them daily, and guess what you have...a modern world replete with dissatisfied, resentful, innocent consumers with no choice but to go home and accept the "mediocre" and "low-quality" business afforded by company's such as Levi Strauss and Co.Update your store hours. It is a very simple and "expected" attribute of owning a business...especially a business acclaimed as one of the worlds largest brand-name apparel companies. Or, like so many other contemporary business owners, continue to manufacture instead a world of discontented consumers.- A Genuinely Dissatisfied Consumer

Who in there right mind pays $60 for pants....levis!!!!! AE $50 and they look nicer, except the holie jeans. Most exspensive jeans in this shopping complex!!

Gotta say...the folks working in this store were very helpful. Went in to return some jeans we bought online. They helped clarify some jeans sizes and styles. Experienced salespeople make a difference in a retail environment. Even asked me if I was interested in purchasing the jeans we liked. Nice job!
