Customer service rep was great helping us find a new mattress, however the mattress we bought not so great…definitely feels way firmer than the one we tried in store and we hardly can even sleep in it.

We purchased a very expensive mattress and agreed in writing to pay the specified amount in the contract. Synchrony bank has for the last six months, charged more and even added late fees. We have contacted them repeatedly and told the matter was resolved only to find each month, it was not. Finally in desperation, we returned to Mattress Firm and told them our frustration. We were assured that their customer service was excellent and would help solve the problem. Upon reaching out to them, they told us there was nothing they could do. Would I return to Mattress Firm-ABSOLUTELY NOT
