I have been shopping at Kings since 1982 because I love the quality of their jewelry, but I think it’s ridiculous that being such a long time customer that when I need to get my wedding rings re-sized that they are going to charge me a ridiculous price!!

Amanda and Carrie are great! Always great you with a smile, answer your questions, and help you with everything you want to look at. There is no pressure to purchase but the quality of the jewelry makes it hard to leave without something. The only place we shop at for our jewelry.

I have shopped at the Kings Jewelry Store in Heritage, for many years. I was amazed at how fast they repaired my watch and changed the batteries in a few other watches. Carrie is very knowledgeable and always helpful. I especially like that the jeweler is on site.

Had 3 different watches serviced including battery replacement and cleaning. I was very happy with how they turned out. Very friendly and quick service. They do almost everything in house. Their store manager helped me and was excellent to work with. I'd recommend getting any jewelry serviced here.

Kings Jewelry at the Shenango Valley Mall was wonderful!!! Sara welcomed me with open arms. She resolved my problem I had at the King’s Jewelry in Union Township. She was very professional. I certainly will return to the store for my future purchases.

I Always have a good experience here. The manager Carrie knows me well. As soon as I walk in the door, she is letting me know about items that she thinks I will like. The staff is always helpful and polite. Shop Kings Shenango Valley Mall and tell them I sent you in. Especially if Carrie is helping you!
