We rented a truck from here to move across the country. The truck was absolutely a disgusting sticky mess. It was like a toddler who just ate ice cream and red soda touched everything and they didn't bother to clean it. We are dealing with COVID AND YOU CAN'T EVEN CLEAN YOUR TRUCKS?! Disgusting. We ordered a dozen furniture pads...he said he didn't have any and waited to tell us until the day we picked it up. The car trailer was bent to hell and back and didn't really work that well, we had to keep fixing it. Pictures are from right after we picked it up from the store.

Called 911 for a tow, Kilgores were there in less than 15 mins, super reasonable price, the gentleman was so polite. Even offered to drop me off near home. Would recommend this business to anyone! Glad to have someone like them in hermitage.Service: Car towing
