I have a lot of issues with my feet. I had to get custom made orthotics. John was so professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He measured my feet for the orthotics, helped me find the correct shoes to wear. When orthotics came in, John spent a good amount of time with me explaining everything.

Very rude and impatient man who told me I wasn't listening because I said the shoe was too loose I was walking out of them! And when I asked him for a half size up he condescended to me that he already told me there were no half sizes in that brand He must be the owner because he thinks he can get away w very bad customer service

They are specialty store along with some retail, also a dme provider for therapeutic shoes and insoles. They did excellent job with my mom she walks so much better and doesn't complain about her hammertoes and bunions anymore. Very professional. Would highly recommend anyone with foot deformities and problem to go there. Thank you.

This shoe store has good selection and good quality shoes. Where they lack is their terrible customer service thanks to their owner/manager, John. The man has no personality, blows off his customers, and is rude to them when he decides to give them the time of day. I was in there today when he refused me a refund for brand new shoes that were not comfortable. Prior to "helping" me, he was with another man who completely ignored through their entire interaction. I will not give this man another cent of my money. I would rather walk around in dollar store sandals than give that rude, insensitive j*** another dime. He does not deserve another paying customer in that store. If you want good shoes, visit Gino's in Mountain Top. Give them your business and let that man's door shut. I can't believe the way I was treated in there today. Absolute disgrace of a person, let alone a business owner.
