This branch is always understaffed. This time one simple transaction at the drive-through which consisted of one check for deposit with cash back took over 10 minutes. I timed it. The girl who took the tube greeted me and then disappeared and a couple minutes later I saw her on the other side of the counter talking to people. 10 minutes later a different girl apologizes for the wait and sends the tube back.

Horrible experience at this PNC branch. Made an appointment for 11am, the lady who was supposed to take it ran 50 mins over time. Then decided to take someone else in front of us. The other man behind the counter also kept telling us to wait while waiting on everyone besides us. Don’t bother making appointments here, they disregard them.

Absolutely horrible bank to deal with!! If you are lucky to get someone to answer the phone they know nothing about banking or money transfer. Do your banking elsewhere as I will be doing.

Terrible service. No one answers the phone. Customers are ignored when they walk in. Loan papers have errors. No one is helpful or seem to care about anything concerns.

Ridiculous... closing the Conyngham branch for this train wreck branch. I’ll be switching all my accounts business and personal... absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer since the 1970’s.
