The owner was amazing after dealing with this side road towing who we paid alot they didn't send anyone out and d and b was amazing came out in 10 minutes to get me and my kids off of route 80. The owner is amazing and I would recommend them over anyone in the area 100%. By far the best I have ever dealt with 2 mechanics showed up and had it done asapService: Tire change

The owner of D & B Towing took an already scary situation and made it worse.His anger and rudeness during each of our interactions made me feel uncomfortable. He changed prices after giving me a quote which felt like he was trying to take me to the cleaners. When I chose to not go with his recommendation he dumped the trailer off his truck so hard it broke the axle. I have before and after pictures. I would never do business with this company again but I would like to recognize the secretary for being an absolute sweetheart! I am grateful for her kindness.Services: Special vehicle towing

Had rig towed less than 10 miles away to there shop which is less than 20 miles round trip. They charged me over 400.00. When they got there it took forever to hook and go because the driver was training somebody how to tow at my expense. Got the truck in shop and they tried a few things and basically wanted to give up. I made some calls to troubleshoot and contacted shop back. I was promised they would get me up and running. One of the troubleshoots was the ignition relay which they said they swapped out with another relay in the fuse box which i later found out they didnt take relay out and swap because the relays couldnt be swapped out they are different sizes and they would have to take dashboard out to do so. All in all i was charged almost 1000 dollars for nothing. Had the truck towed almost 150 miles to another shop for cheaper then they offered to and within a few hours the new shop found the problem. D&B in Hazelton pa are parts changers at best and very expensive. My advice is seek help elsewhereService: Special vehicle towing

They quickly and safely drove all the way to me in ringtown during a snow storm. My car was stuck in a bend. The people at the building itself were so polite and friendly.
