The check-in process needs work. You'll have to call a phone number that's tied to the security booth that you pull up to. Luckily, the security personnel is helpfull.After talking to several drivers that tried to check-in, the phone number goes straight to voicemail. After several attempts and not being able to speak to anyone, a loading space will appear on the directions screen. Problem with that is, more often than not, there will be a container already in that space. You'll have to go back to the security booth to get redirected to unload. Unless you get lucky enough to get an available space to unload on the first go around, this process takes way too long. There's zero consideration for your clock.Keep in mind, the exit is in the opposite direction of the entrance. Good luck.

Nope... My company will no longer make LTL deliveries there. Back when we used to, I'd often end up getting stuck there for a few hours waiting for a door just to deliver one or two skids. Avoid this one if you can: Unless something has changed, you can get delayed/stuck in there for hours.

Ordered something through Amazon, which was to be delivered by Amazon. The item came here and "mysteriously" vanished (yet again) had to cancel order and try again. This coincidentally only ever seems to happen to electronics ordered that pass through this particular location

Twice I have ordered items from amazon in the past month or so and they reach this distro center and then disappeared. Not sure if they've got a theft ring going on or just really incompetently run. One item I had to refund rather than reship through a distro that actually functions and I lost out on 100 dollars worth of savings because the deal had ended.

I hate all amazon deliveries. For some reason the appointment number is always hard to find. Make sure you have this or you'll be waiting for hours, days or even a week. Thru kept rescheduling me at a previous Amazon DC. I eventually left and brought product back to shipper.

Worst place to be a truck driver to deliver too. Been doing this job for 15 years been to a lot of places and this is the worst. 30 minutes to check 30 minutes before my appointment 5 hrs before got on a door and really hard to understand what they are say on the phone just to much noise in the back ground and non of it is English. These people move as slow as they can, I would too if I was getting paid what they are. I hope never to come back again.....

On 5/26/2023 my appointment was 11 pm and after reading all these scary reviews I was Abit Scared to come in early but I took the chance and came and check in 4:25 pm and get call for dock 9 pm and was fenish 9:30 pm so wasn't too bad for me.and there is nice overnight parking right across from where you checked in at.

Poor, inadequate space for tractor-trailer manuevering, docking, parking. Drivers must compete against each other and yard hoslers to park, dock. Off site parking mud hole is a complete, disorganized disaster.

Compare to Avp8, Avp3 and Avp9 it is better to work for AVP1 there are lots of different things we do in the building to grow with Amazon…! But every where there is lots of favoritism in Amazon buildings…all over their network…! I don’t know when the “Seattle” going to take care over this issue…! Hope by the Gods Grace soon…! Overall “Amazon” is good company to work and to grow our self …!

Checked in at 730pm for 8pm appointment. Got a door at 1030pm. Unload completed at 515am. Never again. I wish I could give zero stars.

My fiance works here and he seems to really love it! There's room to advance, hours available, including overtime! Breaks are built in for everyone, and there is a multitude of shifts available to fit your life. They also have a flex program where you can choose your own schedule weekly!

Came here 2 am for 3 am appointment. Sitting here at the gate for 20 min. This guard need to change his job. The guy in front of me had issues with pick up. Okay why don’t you pull him aside and let us go through.
