First time ever getting food here and had a sandwich come back with burned and hard bread. Whomever the guy working the back. Was busy talking with his women co workers and not paying attention. This was about 5am today 7 /10

Disappointed in hoagies ordered during "Wawa Hoagie Fest". Ingredients were missing from both hoagies, even though they were listed on the receipt. Hoagies were not visually appealing, and appeared to be just thrown together with minimal filling. I have to say that I prefer Primo Hoagies (Ardmore) and Colonial Village Meat Market (Italian hoagie) for better (although more expensive) hoagies. I do like the unusual options that you can add to hoagies at Wawa, though (e.g., spinach vs. lettuce, cucumbers, etc., to make it a bit different). I do not like the fact that there was no hand sanitizer (empty) at the entrance or near the self-ordering screens, where it would be useful.

Store personnel as helpful as possible, but Corporate minimizes any complaints by customer service not answering the phone - almost 20 minutes on hold.

Cashier was very negative. Disappointed that Wawa doesn’t give a free bag to carry your food. They have just lost a long time customer.

New coffee system at WAWA Eagle Rd Havertown not working. Numerous times coffee is luke warm. Also the dispenser run runs out of coffee while it's dispensing. WAWA should check out Sheetz's coffee machines.

Horrible experience unfortunately. Pizza looks like a 5 year old did it and not even sliced. It’s just not that hard.

No fuel station. Place could have more courteous employees. Could use a power washed parking lot and walking platform.
