I am never one to leave reviews but I was blown away by my aweful treatment. I went in for an eyebrow wax. The person doing my wax did an okay job my issue was their professionalism. For one thing their website says appointments or walk-ins accepted. When you get there it states by appointment only which is very misleading. When I came in it was completely empty but I was treated like an inconvenience. Once the wax was done and I was going out to pay the two workers were talking to eachother in another language but it was very obvious it was about me as they were looking and laughing at me. At this point I just wanted to get out. The only reason I came was because I was given a gift card to this salon for my birthday in September of 2023. When I go to pay I am told that it cannot be accepted as it is under new ownership. The giftcard I received stated that it never expires which is extremely misleading. Now I am stuck with a useless giftcard that isn't even a year old that states it never expires, yet they won't honor it. I will definitely not be returning to this establishment and will never recommend people to go here.

After multiple visits for pedicures at Posh Mani Pedi, I'm compelled to share my recent experience at this nail salon. Having just moved to the area and maintaining a bi-weekly nail care routine for 23 years without issue, my encounter at Posh Mani Pedi left me disappointed.
I initially awarded Posh Mani Pedi a five-star rating, but today, I must revise that to two stars based on my recent experience. Despite my long-standing preference for acrylic nails, I was informed that the salon exclusively offers gel services. Eager to try something new, I opted for a gel set. Unfortunately, within days, my nails began to lift from the cuticle, leading to a fungal infection on every single fingernail. The severity of the infection required me to seek medical attention and begin a course of antibiotics.
When I reached out to Posh Mani Pedi to share my distressing experience, I received a response that left much to be desired. The salon's explanation that they caution against acrylic due to infection risks seemed misplaced, considering my decision to opt for gel precisely to avoid such issues. Their dismissive reply, followed by a heart emoji, conveyed a lack of concern for my well-being and left me feeling unappreciated as a customer.
Regrettably, I can no longer patronize Posh Mani Pedi due to the unprofessionalism displayed in their response. It is disheartening to realize that the salon may not prioritize the health and satisfaction of its clientele. Moving forward, I will be seeking nail care services elsewhere, where my patronage is valued and my well-being is of utmost importance.

Post edit: The fungal infection 100% did not come from the previous acrylics. And if you read, my complaint was not just the fungal infection it was the nails coming off after just a few days, the gel coming out from underneath the tip. But please continue to defend Your unprofessionalism

Being my first nail salon since coming to Philadelphia, I was pleasantly surprised. Quiet and clean. Friendly staff that did a great job! Pedicure was amazing! Gave 4 stars simply because of the dip powder being unevenly on my nails, and the pricing. Overall, I will be coming back. ?

I used to go to this salon years ago and loved it but stopped going bc we moved a bit away. Had a hard time finding a better salon so I made the trip back and it was SO WORTH IT. Mari was my tech and she did a beautiful job patiently doing my intricate nail designs with a great attitude. Between Calvin & her, they went over and beyond to make me feel comfortable including offering complimentary refreshments and being super accommodating to my circumstances surrounding my appointment. The energy of the place is so refreshing. Calm, fun and clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone !

I hadn’t been here before and I am pleased that I tried it! Easy text to make an appointment. Mariza was gentle with my cuticles and did a lovely job cleaning them up as I hadn’t had a mani for some time. I got a French gel manicure, it was expensive but worth it. Definitely will be back.

I decided to try this place out after seeing some good reviews but idk why it has any good reviews. The prices are the same as Omnia a luxury nail place so I assumed it would be a good experience. I go inside and I see an older women who was taking care of her client. She greets me as no one is at the desk. Then I say hello back but I guess she didn’t hear me. So she said it again in a louder voice. I smiled and told her I said hello. Anyways then come a younger girl who sits me down and she doesn’t even show me how to turn on the massage chair or help fix my seat so I’m just sitting there uncomfortable. Now comes another worker or male owner not sure but greets me and then sits across from me and starts eating his meal which i just found a bit odd. Now we have the older women who finished up with her client she tells me to relax and helps fix my seat. The young lady continues to do my pedicure then we have the young male guy and another female worker just seating on the couch. Laying down next to each other talking and laughing which I found very unprofessional. But back to my pedicure it was okay I guess but the massage was so horrible. I literally start crying cause of this horrible experience. They need better workers because I just wanted to have a good relaxing mani pedi but left in tears. Anyways never coming back to them. Ruined my birthday nails. This is my experience as a POC.Service: Pedicure

The salon is good but I got a dip manicure and it didn't last a week. When I went back I had to pay $24 to get it removed. They should have done it for free since it didn't last. It was extremely expensive and I feel I wasted $85 for a dip manicure that didn't even last 7 days.

I was lucky enough to schedule a reflexology appt today with Cal. Smart move on my part. He is professionally trained & it was obvious. He asked the amount of pressure i was interested in, & from there on in I closed my eyes & melted into the chair. He applies pressure to both your lower legs & feet with nimble hands. I highly recommend scheduling an appt a.s.a.p. You'll leave your stress in his hands!

They gained a customer for life! Exactly the service I was looking for. I keep my nails natural with nothing on it, I had a manipedi and it was worth every penny! Highly recommend booking an appointment with them. Very clean and amazing customer service!!

I made an appointment for Three people for a pedicure. I specifically asked if they were open on July 4th. Yes, they replied and booked 3 spots for us. They cancelled the day before the scheduled appointment because their employees decided to take the whole day off. My friend was coming to visit from out of town so this is very disappointing. If a business says they are open they should be more considerate of the client.

I came in about a month ago after making an appointment through there texting system. I was really excited at first when they sat me down and offered me coffee, tea, water, and some snack options thinking I was about to get some spa quality work. Unfortunately it started with my massage chair not working. I had to turn it back on every 5min even when I hit the 30min timer button, but that's not a big deal. I paid for the upgraded pedicure (organic sole pedicure) which included heel massage time. My massage lasted all of 5min total for both feet which was a bit disappointing. She did do a good job with my calluses for sure, but when it came to her painting and cuticle care it was lacking. She kept getting it all over my skin and created layers of the polish from not completely covering the prior layer she had put down for toes. My fingernails looked fair, but the gel paint actually peeled (not chipped) peeled off 2 nails within 3 days. As I was in there another customer came in with an ingrown toenail and they handled that very well. That nail tech appeared to be doing a great job. So I'll give credit where credit is due, but unfortunately for the amount I paid I did not get the quality to match.
