Absolute charm of a local book shop! The book selection in this store is of great quality! They also keep a couple of quality craft kids in store. They have frequent in store offerings to meet the author or join for story time. Sign up for their mailing list to keep in the loop.

This was a cute little store. I was happy to see diverse books with characters that looked like my daughter. They had a few craft boxes at the counter that she gravitated towards. Books were full price and my wallet definitely felt it, but they do offer a loyalty card. I am spoiled by Amazon, but don't mind supporting indie bookstores.I found the staff to be helpful. Free parking is a major plus.

Children's Book World is such a darling little book shop! It's located in Haverford Square across from Haverford College and adjacent to Haverford Station (regional rail). They have a good selection of books for children of all ages. They also have a fantastic selection of bookplates and bookmarks. This is my go-to bookstore for those as gifts for friends! The bookstore has author events as well, so check out their calendar. Also ask about their bonus book club for purchases made at the store!
