Worst experience EVER!! I have shopped at this store for 6 years because it's right across from my home. I stop in at least 3 times a week for subs, snacks, ice cream, cigarettes etc & most times the staff is friendly although it depends on who is working. Yesterday I stopped in for ice cream & cigarettes & it was chaotic, two cashiers yelling at each other & passing the phone to each other. I didn't know what side to go to so I went to the right to a gal who has waited on me many MANY times. She stopped her call on one phone then took another call on her cell phone & paid zero attention to the customer, me. She finally scanned my ice cream & told me the price & I said "I'm sorry, am I interrupting you?" Before I could order my cigarettes she started berating me saying that I totally disrespected her & that is totally unexceptable.I tried to diffuse the situation but she continued to repeat herself & when I told her that I would be reporting this she then yelled at me further saying that I'm on camera & everyone will see how I disrespected her even asking her her co-worker to confirm it, which she wouldn't. She continued to berate me & now there is a line of people witnessing it. I was completely embarrassed & humiliated & just wanted to leave. Suffice it to say I will NEVER go to this store again & will drive a longer distance to give my hard earned money to another store, like Sheetz. Poor behavior equals a lost customer...

So glad these people don't have an important job that actually matters. These people are too lazy to put paper in the fuel pump so ya gotta go inside for a reciept. The stupid little girl at the register can't figure out how to give me a reciept. Maybe some one should open up a sheetz across the street.

Can verify everything Ms. Tate said: I was behind her in line. Furthermore "Eddie" kicked everyone out of the store without an explanation in a veritable tantrum and not so much as a greeting to me or anyone else. I just wanted to make sure my transaction went through. Rude, unprofessional, downright embarrassing.

I stopped in for gas this morning and decided to treat myself to an iced coffee. As I walked into the store, a female employee (I believe the manager) was screaming on the phone. When I went to check out, no one was at the counter. Finally someone came and he was totally disinterested in helping me. I will not return to this store. It was not stocked, and the staff us extremely unfriendly.

One of my worst experience in my life. I went into Turkey Hill 4850 Union Deposit Road I asked for two packs of cigarettes and $20 for gas on pump one. I started my debit card and proceeded to walk out the door the guy yelled at me letting me know that my payment didn't go through Meanwhile my phone rang and it was a very important phone call after I was in a really really bad car accident so I asked Eddie Ramos if he would wait a second he got really i impatient put everyone out the store and called the police on this was totally me and lock me in the store this was totally uncalled for and unnecessary

I came in at 12 am and needed a gas can . The cashier was so helpful and I couldn’t even open the can and he did everything possible to help me in this emergency. Thank you so much cause he made my life so much easier
