Best in Harrisburg area. Great service, nice staff, affordable, and great music. I stay a bit too long just because of the music feeling myself ? Most important free vacuum and carpet cleaner awesome! Great job guys will definitely come back. The last pic is the free carpet cleaner, no lies.

Great spot. The car was clean. Free vacuums on both sides make it easier to clean. They even have a mat cleaning area. The prices are a little on the high side. Maybe it will take a little for people to appreciate the cleaning they get for the price.

Awesome that you have unlimited monthly car washes with different levels of cleaning care! I say definitely worth every penny! Keep salt washed away with under sprays! This isn’t touchless, BUT it’s very professional, and I haven’t have a scratch since using them. ??????

car wash was fast, and did not seem very thorough. when I pulled around to use the vacuums, they were terribly weak. and there was no free cleaning products ( they did have cleaning wipes for sale for $3!). the people were nice and friendly - that was the only upside- and the fact that I got a free coupon. go to shiny shell instead/ longer more intense wash, free window and interior cleaning spray bottles with cloths, and very powerful vacuums.

Absolutely love this car wash. It's modern, fast and efficient. Not to mention free vacuum and mat cleaning. The staff is alwaaaaays polite and professional. I have the unlimited "works" package. Simply drive up, their system reads your tag, and you pull right in. It's about $38 a month and worth every penny!!

If you own a truck, don't go there, I go there. They tell me there's nothing. It's allowed in the back of the truck that's understandable. I clean out the back of the truck. I go back again then they tell me I still can't go through. You should put a sign out for a car's only ridiculous

Well I went into vacuum my car and was surprised to find free vacuuming.. also they had free mat washing.. when do you get anything for free well at Tommy's you do.. did go through the car wash once with a friends when it first opens and it was a pretty good experience it really cleaned the vehicle better than I expected.. I would highly recommend Tommy's for your vehicle

We went through the wash the other day and when we went through we had some smeared spots on our front windshield and the side windows as well after going through the wash. Then we went to sweep out our vehicle and while doing so, the one sweeper was leaking out dark liquid and it ended up staining one of my family member's white shirts (got it out with dishwashing liquid and Awesome cleaner though ?). Anyways we let one of the workers know about both issues. He apologized and said he'd take care of it. So later that day we decided to go back through for two reasons. One, to get those smears off our windows and windshield and two, to see if they fixed the issue of why it was smearing our windows. Sure enough they fixed it and the sweeper as well. After we went through the wash, the same man that was there earlier who we had talked to about both issues, came over and apologized again and apologized that he didn't do something for us earlier that day. He said at the moment he was like a deer in headlights. Since it was customer appreciation day and he was handing out free food that afternoon, we can understand why. So he gave us a free month of washes due to the issues we had. All that to say that I highly recommend them. We normally don't have any issues or complaints, so when they do, they do try to take good care of their customers. The workers are always friendly and they try help whenever possible. So just wanted to share our good experience there. ?
