There seems to be no upkeep on uhaul trucks. Mine was dirty and beat up, needed mechanical fixes. They get you with the quarter tank of gas upon returning it though. High as gas prices are! I would use them again but not for uhaulUpdate: they tried to charge me $3400 but my bank put a stop on it. Once a company can't fraud you for large amounts, they try smaller amounts. But my bank has put stop in any further attempts. I don't even know what this is for.

I tell EVERYONE that this place has everything that u can possibly want and the prices are CRAZY! I used to sell furniture and these guys are way below market value. I even go in and look in this place before going to AutoZone.. I LOVE this place. Stop in and I guarantee u will find just what u were looking for

Before placing your order for delivery make sure to ask if they will carry upstairs, in the room you will need shipments to be in. This is not the first time that I have ordered from this store but will definitely will be the last. I have bought many things from this store and referred people to go there because of good customer service. Tonight was the worst. One of the gentleman was kind and the other had so much attitude. Every time we ordered something that need to be delivered they never had any problems to put them where we needed, I don't know what happened tonight. When I asked the guy told me because they had other deliveries to do and told him I wish I knew because I would not have paid for the delivery if they would not have carried it upstairs. Spoke the the manager he did not care, at all. It must be a new management or they probably think they're making too much money now, what's one less customer. You what that's okay, because we don't live in that area anymore, I will not waste my time or gas to go down there for anything else. Just make sure to ask questions because that will be your insurance. Then finally they said they will take the mattress upstairs because I was so disappointed, but they did not take the spring boxes. That ok because they're not heavy.
