Women at front desk very ignorant. Hallways very dirty. Furniture stained. For the most part the other Employees were polite. I will say hotel is in this state due to the guests. I had to insert card multiple times to get into my room and the lady at front desk acted as it was my fault the lock on the door wasn't working. I told her I just got the key. I would stay anywhere else but here

Run for your life. Do not stay here. Checked in and told there was no elevator. Walked up a filthy staircase. My room was very shabby with broken lampshades, lights that didnt work and stains everywhere. The hotel smelled like weed. Too tired and late to leave so I went to bed. Woke up at 5am to people screaming in the hall. 10 minutes later the cops are pounding on the room next door. I look out my door. There is new yellow caution tape everywhere. Cops tell me this is a bad part of town. I ask if I should leave and they say it would be a good idea to do so. I was out of there in 5 minutes.

Poor location. Security non-existent. Anyone can come into hotel through lobby as desk staff never there. Police were there twice. Fight in parking lot and people walking around our cars. Did not feel safe there. Dirty room, bed in poor condition. TV had poor sound, one light didn't work. Had to replace our key cards twice. Do not recommend this hotel.Rooms: Dirty, outdated, bed broken, light didn't work, TV garbled noise output, wobbly/insecure doorSafety: Not safe location and zero security. Anyone could walk in as front desk staff rarely on duty

Quiet, relaxing and reasonable rates.Very easy to get to the Riverfront complexbuilding; PennDot office at 1101 South Front Street. Approximately two minutes from the PennDot Driver's license and vehicle service center.Rooms: The rooms are very relaxing, quiet and have all the amenities.Food & drinks: They're many food places close to the hotel.

Front desk manager,Is ignorant. So I booked here week before last I paid for a room with a micro wave and a refrigerator. My room did not have but this is what the advertised. I stayed there almost a week. Finally they changed me out. So last night I paid for two nights and I get to my room to find that the key is deactivated. The manager with the blue shirt asked me fory room number and my id to make sure that’s my room. Are you serious first off my card shouldn’t have need deactivated. I did not have it next to anything to deactivated. But to make the statement to make sure I paid for the room.i guess black people are subjected to this kind of clearance.

Superb location. Great staff. Good price. I just started using the Choice hotels loyalty card. I got a way better price. The rooms are not terrible, but the place could use a refresh. I liked the breakfast waffles. Was good enough breakfast for us. The front desk gave us a King bed room with an awesome view of the river.

They love to over charge people just for a one night stay and they are cop callers when you don't pay them your money whenever you want. Don't trust online on how much it says to get a room because either way when you go there to check in they gonna tell you at the last minute that they gotta hold $75 for one night and $100 if you stay more than 1 night

Very polite staff. The room has stains literally everywhere you look. The carpet was gross.100$ to start one night. If my wife and i hadn’t been stuck in a storm we’d never had stayed.

Well ugh, hotel is ok but the surroundings are disturbing. TONS of drug addict traffic. Just be aware if ur there.
