Our real estate agent gave us Kanes contact information and we are so glad we called him. Right from the start Kane was professional and listened to our needs. We needed cash fast for a land subdivision project that we had started. Kane moved our application through the process quickly while also providing us with financial advice that saved us a good amount of money in the terms and interest of the loan. When you call Kane he answers! When you text or email Kane he responds quickly! When Kane tells you he is going to do something he does it! Janet from Kane Mortgage worked with us in our home buying process. Due to the home being part of an estate it was quite the hassle and it took a long time to close on the home. Janet never gave up on helping us in the process despite challenges presented by the estate. She was incredible and kept us up to date on all needed information. She explained things thoroughly, deadlines were always met in a timely manner, and she kept our best interest in mind through it all making sure she was ahead of any curveballs that might come our way. Working with Keegan and Kane mortgage company was about as easy and convenient as buying a home can get! From a buyer who had many hiccups in the process ( NONE DUE TO KANE MORTGAGE OR KEEGAN KERSTETTER) things were sorted out and problems were solved faster than I’ve ever seen from a mortgage company. Communication to their customers is simply amazing to keep their customers updated and in the loop of the process! You CAN NOT get any easier than working with these people!
